The villa was beautifully built and decorated! We loved it
the views were breathtaking, a wonderful Cycladic landscape
Amazing sunsets from our terrace
The manager Thomais went above and beyond!
It is supposed to be close to Ioulida but it is very steep to walk to town and especially tough to walk back under the heat and there was no indication to find the hotel on your way back
The breakfast room was too far away from the villa in another setting you needed to walk up lots of steps to reach the main road and walk down the road to reach the other part of the hotel
The place felt isolated once you were there but the view compensated
4.5
Beautiful view, very clean room and super friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was also delicious, home made cake is the best!

Konstantinous (the manager) is super! Proactive, has excellent communication, helpful and has a superior customer service (unfortunately he was not available in Kea during our stay)
He proactively communicated to us. Shared the location, made sure our room was ready even before check in time. In addition, he suggested places to eat and visit in Kea which were excellent.
The location is great! Top of Iolida. Parking is available for free. Super Market is 2 min walk. You can walk 15-20 minutes to beautiful restaurants and bars. Or you can drive 5min and walk a but less
The room was SUPER CLEAN and had an amazing view from the balcony. In addition, we were offered a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome drink (classy gesture). We had a Nespresso machine which was a nice touch as we like coffee
Arriving there, there is no reception desk, or staff to meet and greet you and explain the location, breakfast, etc. instead we were met by the lovely housekeeping ladies who hardly spoke English and just handed us the keys and continued with their duty in the adjacent room.
The restaurant which we read that it is one of the top restaurants in Iolida and choose to stay in Kea village to be near a nice dining spot was closed for the entire season
The pool is one level below the restaurant terrace, good size with a nice view but there are no service around it. We were given the pool towels next day after breakfast (after asking if there are pool towels)
The breakfast venue is having the best view in Kea. The food was OK if you are staying 1-2 day’s maximum. Home backed cakes and sweets . The cookie jar had few cookies which seemed old (stale). The pies were alright. Boiled eggs . We were offered a fried eggs as well (nice touch) . Day 1 the eggs were fluffy and delicious but day 2 were very oily and grey.
First day, When asking for a Cappuccino from the machine available in the restaurant, we were told that this will be at an additional cost as only the filter coffee (looking very light) is included in the breakfast. We agreed to pay the extra charges which was suggested to be paid cash and not by card. However on day 2 we asked to add it to the room charges as I did not have cash on me. During check out , Kostantinous waved the coffee charges of day 2. (Thanks)
I found this coffee charge during breakfast to be slightly weird as rooms are equipped with Nespresso machine !
We skipped breakfast on day 3

The hotel has two locations. One with the better view , pool and facilities for breakfast. The other not demonstated clearly in pictures and not with a great pool or views. Photos attached.Make sure to ask in which block of buildings you will be.
The owner was not helpful at all

The property is located on the top of the mountain so it offers amazing views! The pool and breakfast areas are amazing.

The view was beautiful
The room was clean and comfy
For the pricey 134€ per night, end of September, the breakfast was of poor quality:
1. the tea was, twice, lukewarm 👎
2. the cats are everywhere and you can't find peace to eat
3. the orange juice was not freshly squeezed, but from a carton container fruit juice product
The cats were everywhere, in the terrace, in the room, on the chairs.

Fabulous location and lovely suite of rooms.
A long walk down to the centre of Loulida and an even steeper walk up again.
You need a car to get around the island and visit the beaches.
The music from the restaurant could be annoying if you were trying to sleep.
4.5
The location was great with a great view! Fresh breakfast, clean facilities. Information about the island was provided.
A few more sun beds could be added at the pool. Or maybe chairs. Also, some service for drinks.

The location of the property is perfect above the main town with spectacular views from above, it is also linked to the old streets with series of stairs. The apartment was clean, spacious, calm with very nice views and a big terrace. It was well equipped and very clean. The bathrooms were renovated and neat and all the extra details in the apartment were nice and cozy.
The service at breakfast was not great, food and coffee were cold and already on the table before we arrived to the breakfast area (even though we arrived at the exact time we specified earlier while filling out the online form).
We booked a two bedroom apartment with one king size bed in the first room and two separate single beds in the second room as clarified in the booking details, however when we checked in we got a one bedroom apartment (including a large bed) with an open floor area that has a living room, a kitchenette and another large bed all connected together, when we asked the staff about this discrepancy they told us that we can separate the two mattresses from the bed located in the common living area to make them two single beds but there was no space to do so, therefore one of our friends had to sleep on the couch that was not very comfortable for sleeping.

Excellent location. Very clean. Great layout of the room. Stunning view out of bed.
Annoying noise from the small fridge.
5.0
Super clean and spaciuos room (and veranda, and terrace), excellent view.
Quiet environment and privacy granted.
It's 10 minutes walking to the center of the village on steep stairs: that was good for me and it's stated in the presentation of the hotel.
The bathroom could be a little more spacious but it has everything that's needed.

Room and view was amazing
Badroom was tiny, breakfast was avarage
