Lovely Riad, fantastic staff, great location, brilliant decot, delicious food.
Small room, food, drinks etc. are expensive, street noise at night, shower water pressure a little low.

The hotel is beautiful and lives up to its reputation. The cookery school was fabulous and the hammam was the best I've ever been to.
We felt the food and drinks were overpriced. Very small outdoor sitting area which was enclosed so no view or breeze. The options are the roof terrace bar (which allows smoking and is over a busy road) or 20 minutes each way in a minibus (which runs hourly) to the 'country club'.

Everything about my stay here was incredible and magical. The staff were amazing (a huge thanks to all), the building and the facilities were truly out of this world. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Truly an unforgettable experience. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever come across - unbelievable amount of choice! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It’s a very charming place in the middle of the old town and everything can be reached by foot.
The rooms were very tiny and the restaurant on the roof expensive with the worst food we had during our whole trip - and we went to a little of different places

La Maison Arabe had a lovely ambience - peaceful, full of beautiful things, with warm, friendly and helpful staff. We really liked it.

Wow! What a great stay! The hotel was beautiful, the air con worked well (a must in August) and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful. On the first day they very kindly let me check in 3 1/2 hours early as we had arrived early from somewhere else. The pool at the sister hotel was amazing, definitely do the trip out. The food in the restaurant was great (albeit expensive for Marrakech but you expect that in a hotel and the setting round the pool was beautiful). We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend
One night there was a noisy cat that howled outside my room at 3am but he went away when shooed!

Nothing at all.
I was cheated by booking.com to book this hotel under 5 stars hotel while the hotel is hardly to be one star. The hotel size, facilities, service and quality are not up to 5 stars hotel at all.

Very typical ryad architecture and decoration. Confortable rooms even if we had some with little light access which we do not like. Nice pool in the patio. Food was excellent and service outstanding. Excellent location
Nothing except the pricy rooms and food but which are still good value

We like the ambiance it was comfortable enough that we were choose to go back the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and very helpful good location for the rooftop locations and the souk
The hours of the pool and that the other pool was so far away the food was very good

the hotel was lovely and the staff were great. perfect location, near the centre but far enough to enjoy the slower pace. the restaurant had a wide range of dishes to choose from. would definitely recommend.
wifi wasn’t great, it didn’t connect 90% of our stay

in the Medina. nice atmosphere at the restaurants. the hammam was wonderful.
same menu at the restaurants. staff didn’t acknowledge my complaint about the water in the shower not draining or do anything to make it right. breakfast was overpriced for the quality.

the location is good.
they put us in the old part of the hotel, only on the last day we found out there is a new part.
the rooms are smelly and outdated. the rooms are very dusty. everything is old and needs to be refurbished. even has some bugs in the room, they were removed when complained to the staff.

close to roads and safe Medina
Bed was so uncomfortable. Dark and dank. Windows were minuscule. Flowers in the room were half dead. It was an awful greeting! Bathroom fan was filthy and when I asked to have it cleaned, it was still black. I did it myself with loads of dirty paper towels. hooks were falling off walls and little of nothing was explained or welcoming. huge huge disappointment.

The location and food located in the hotel were all amazing. Breakfast was a huge feast spread of traditional Moroccan cuisine and more. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Be sure to try their La Maison Arabe drink as it is one of the most refreshing thing you'll ever have.
Nothing to mention here, I couldn't have asked for a better stay for my first time in Marrakesh in a riyad.
