Dececionante, preço qualidade ficou muito a desejar.
Gostamos do quarto e gostamos do facto de termos aproveitado as piscinas apesar das suas condições.
Não gostamos do pequeno-almoço, uma vez que, não tinha oferta praticamente nenhuma. 3 tipos de fruta laminada, e apenas pão, croissant e mini panicks. Tendo em conta o preço, esperávamos um pequeno almoço completo e com bastante variedade. Não gostamos do facto de estarmos na piscina e, ao mesmo tempo, estarem a decorrer aulas de natação e hidroginástica. É desconfortável, uma vez que, pretendiamos sossego e paz, o que não aconteceu. Para além disso, a piscina estava suja e com o seu fundo a descolar, sendo que nadavamos e calcávamos as peças soltas do fundo da piscina. A parte do spa apresentava-se com acumulo de sujidade nas cadeiras de jatos e até mesmo nas cadeiras fora da piscina e o banho turco estava desligado sendo que tive de pedir para o ligarem. Tendo em conta diversos hotéis por onde passamos, este, foi o pior. No quarto, a base de chuveiro não estava bem vedada, e a água do banho inundou a casa de banho. Nos corredores, as carpetes apresentavam manchas grandes, o que não representa limpeza. No geral, tentamos aproveitar a estadia por necessidade de descansar, mas não gostamos.

Good overnight stay and workout
We rented a suite. Massive rooms and bathrooms. Nice open feel with high glass. Good gym and spa facilities.
A little rough on management details and maintenance, but good scope of facilities. Breakfast pretty average.

Good place to spend a night or two. Bit difficult to find but close to Guimaraes and beautiful area
The food was excellent.I do recomend the restaurant. Place very calm and nice. We had a big Room with nice wievs. Nice spa, swimming pool and gym.
They said we had a double bed and they put 2 small togheter with 1 bedsheet covering.

Amazing spa
It was not my first time in this Hotel, it's simply amazing. The staff are super helpful, the rooms are super comfortable and the spa is perfect, for 10€/person during the stay is money well spent. The only bad part was charging 4€ for two additional towels, but otherwise it was just perfect.

Great spa and fitness facilities, friendly staff and good food. I went for an anti-aging facial with Nicole who was very lovely.

Great spot to stay in Guimaraes!
Very clean room, rich breakfast, relax atmosphere, free parking, spa and a big inside pool! good location if you travel with a car, the city is very close. The reception nice lady advised us to stay in a free parking in the trade center next to the old city.
