Súper cómodo, la piscina estaba genial. Todo el personal fue muy amable ! Pero lo máximo es que el hotel es petfriendly

un hermoso hotel con habitaciones indignas

el hotel es muy lindo. la ubicación es buena, relativamente cerca del centro pero un zona tranquila y muy próximo al aeropuerto. tienen mascotas rescatadas que son parte del staff del hotel y es encantador. la piscina es muy bella.

la habitación que nos tocó era mínima y dejaba mucho que desear en todo sentido. ninguna relación con la infraestructura y decoración del hotel. el desayuno muy malo, no tienen ni tostadora. pero por los valores que manejan en san andres estaba bien precio calidad, salvo que te planees quedar varios días en una habitación como las que nos tocó.

Excelente atención, siempre prestos a ayudar al huésped. Ambiente tranquilo, cerca a la playa, fácil acceso.

EL hotel es muy bonito, esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno es rico aceptan mascotas y las tratan muy bien son muy cuidadosos, el hotel es muy limpio, muy recomendado

La amabilidad de los empleados, en especial de Paulina y la hermosa labor que el hotel realiza con los animales.

No hay productos de aseo en el baño (jabón y shampoo)

No más huevos revueltos

Hay mucha tranquilidad en el lugar. Los empleados son amables y dan solución inmediata al requerimiento. Las instalaciones son bonitas.

Tal vez el desayuno debería variar en los huevos, siempre fueron revueltos.

el acceso a la recepcion y salida no tiene rampa para el facil acceso de coches o sillas de ruedas, lo podrian mejorar

The queue for the breakfast - it made me feel as if I were in prison, never seen something like this in my entire life The price - I paid so much for what I got There were animals all over the place, so uncomfortable

It was ok close to the airport and beach very alone. Very quiet location very peaceful.

The view is great even the location of the place right next to airport a 15 minute walk

I had reservations for 3 rooms and they had us all separated. One of the room was filled with mosquitos and the 1 air conditioner was not working at all. I asked to change rooms and was told they didn’t have which was not true. They just refused to change the rooms. They have one dog that wants to bite you and the owner just says that is there way of saying hi. For breakfast they are short staffed that we asked for a certain dish the lady started to cry telling us that she was alone and had a long line.

Great experience

The hotel is really, really beautiful and offered stunning views. The bedroom we got in 4 could easily accommodate 6 people, very comfortable with SMARTV and a big bathroom. The staff, specially Lidia, was extremely helpful to all we needed.

The breakfast was not a very good experience overall because the lines took too long since members of the staff served each guest.

Awsome Stay!

I went with a group of 12 people and all of us were so comfortable. the staff was so nice and the rooms are clean, big, the air conditioner works and there is soap and towels in each room.

only improve the waiting time at breakfast .

Good hotel

The room was very big, comfortable bed.

The breakfast could be more organised. A self-service buffet would be much faster instead of taking long queues. There is also room for improvement in the pool area, a bar there would be very successful.

there was no pre warning that animals would be on the property, incase I was allergic that would have been a problem

Superb

The hotel is well located, It's pet friendly, It has a pool and the breakfast is really nice. The beds were comfortable and there's a lot of space to store things and unpack easily.

There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom and there's is not much noise isolation.
