This iis a decent hotel, located near the Alvar Aalto sites that I wanted to see. Standard hotel room, nothing special. Stayed for two nights. Had dinner here the first night ... and it was fine with nice service. Parking is free.
This hotel had a major conference group going on while i was there. In addition one morning they had a bus load of 50+ visitors show up for coffee and cake. So if you looking for a retreat from the world ... you'll find that this hotel is a favorite for groups/ tours, etc.

Well situated hotel, next to train station. Unexpected large rooms with view and superb bathroom. Breakfast was "too finnish", but we can live with that.

Old Style building and new facilities.
Staff a bit too formal.

Staff were amazing
No phone in the rooms
4.5
Modern accommodation annexed to a traditional building with lots of character. The 'new' rooms were comfortable, of ample size and with features/services expected for this standard of hotel. The 'traditional' rooms looked lovely and - if staying in them - are a nice experience of 'Finnish' ambiance.
Breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. There were slight daily variations to items such as the smoothies and the cakes, biscuits and breads.
Very helpful and nice staff.
Great location. 3 mins walk from the train station and very the town centre (shops, restaurants, bars)

Amazing breakfast, very friendly and helpful receptionists and restaurant workers
4.5
Friendly staff, excellent customer service and a good breakfast.

Stayed in the new tower with modern rooms. The room had comfortable bed, good shower, aircon, water boiler, etc.
The restaurant had quite sumptuous free breakfast. We opted eating on the sunny terrace outside during this pandemic. The a la carte menu looked good but we did not dine there.
No international channels in TV. No fridge in the room.

We stayed at the old building, which was a bit run down at places, but with a nice atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming, and kids had an extra warm welcome, which is appreciated. The breakfast was nice.
4.5
Beautiful hotel. Fine breakfast. Cosy and amazing room.
Parking spots.
4.5
The breakfast was good and healthy, to counter the difficulty finding good healthy food due to covid closures. Comfortable room, very stylish decoration, plenty of power sockets to recharge devices, no sound from outside, good room temperature.
4.5
No corona masks in ANY of the restaurant staff and only 1/2 of reception staff. How is this possible??
4.5
Breakfast was great, stuffs are friendly
the only thing Annoyed us is the noise, I m not sure if it is because of the room’s type, we heard clearly what happened from surrounding and upstairs
