The food in the restaurant was fantastic and also reasonably priced.
Room could have a better view.

The parking. A car parked so that we were unable to leave in the morning. The staff were incredibly helpful in trying to locate the driver. Maybe put something in place so that drivers cannot park in places where other drivers will be unable to leave.

Location
Service. The service in the dining room at dinner was appalling. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. It took over one hour to get our starter!! The food, when it arrived, was very good.

Restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.
Reception staff were off-handed and dismissive.

The WiFi would never connect. The bed had extremely uncomfortable pillows

Great location - center of Chablis, but in a quiet area at the same time. Free parking (if there's a place to park as it was full at the end of the day and I saw 2 cars that had to go back and find a place outside the premises), good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly personnel. You can also taste some nice Chablis by glasses in the restaurant.
Wi-fi signal was too weak to have Internet in my room even on my laptop.

Breakfast was fairly good but no hot options except boiled egg. Coffee machine for decaf coffee was awful. Good selection of leaf teas.
Room was quite small, large bathroom but shower controls very stiff & confusing.
Could have done with hooks in room for coars etc. heating was efficient but very noisy.

The rooms are spare but cozy, and the spot is convenient to everything in Chablis anyone could want to see. The best part? The restaurants in the hotel are incredible, with a wine list longer than War and Peace. Have aperitifs or breakfast outside in the stunning courtyard. Friendly and kind staff who are all fluent in English as well as French.
The wifi wasn't the best.

Loved our stay, staff was efficient and lovely (special mention to the woman who was helping with the cleaning of the breakfast!)We were however slightly surprised by how busy the restaurant was since we couldn’t get a table. Nonetheless, great stay, thank you!

Helpful staff. Lovely building nicely done. Parking. Beautiful courtyard for breakfast.
Leaf Tea was great.
Small room. Little space for suitcase.
Decaf coffee was instant and not good.
A range of milks would be good - soya , oat etc

The location was great. A great historical area! The staff was nice. Spoke English. Outdoor patio for breakfast was beautiful.
I wish there had been a refrigerator in the room. I thought it said mini bar, but we didn’t have a refrigerator in the room to chill wine. Which is crazy to me in a white wine region. The bed was a bit uncomfortable with the wedge between the two twins.(we are used to that design but not with something hard in between). The AC worked but I feel it made the beds a bit moist at night. Like it’s a swamp cooler and not an AC. And the room was smaller than advertised. I hate saying bad things about historical areas, but I was so disappointed we left a day early and moved on. No refund, just wanted to leave. It was my birthday and our wedding anniversary and the room was hardly a treat. But adequate for staying at overnight.

Excellent service as ever, well presented bedrooms, professional staff
If they are going to put decanters in a display cabinet in the dining room, they should be dusted
