We highly recommend La Galiote to anyone in search of a perfect stay in Essaouira!

Easy access to property, warm welcome by our lovely host, apartment quiet, super clean, spacious, comfortable and light. Clean bedding and towels. Housekeeping available. Excellent wifi for all, apartment very nicely furnished. Perfect location right by the beach and a short walk from the town. Free parking outside the building - plenty of snack/breakfast/restaurants nearby. Thank you La Galiote for making our stay so enjoyable - until next time!

Absolutely nothing could have been better! We were completely satisfied with our stay and wished we could have been there longer.

I loved my stay.

The apartment was very nice. Top location and excellent views. Very spacious and bright. The owner is very friendly and helpful. All our questions were promptly answered.

All was fine, but the kitchen could use a little more equipment (cutlery, sieve for the pasta)

Excellent apartment, great location., I'll be back.

I had a 2 bedroom apartment with a nicely equipped kitchen and lots of windows just a 1/2 block off the beach with excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Even the bus station is an easy walk; or grab a petit taxi for less than a dollar. The ocean is in view from my second floor apartment and even better from the rooftop patio.

I have no complaints with the property, zero. It was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Essaouira

Great apartment

Excellent location Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff . Arranged a taxi and came to wave us off . Lovely rooftop area . Great views . Everything we needed .

The apartment where we stayed was fantastic. The views from the house are wonderful and the area could not be better. I have to highlight the human quality of Naima, our hostess. She helped us in every possible way. We even had a wonderful master class on how to make an authentic Moroccan couscous by Argia, the woman in charge of cleaning the accommodation (sorry if I misspelled the name). Naima also helped us with the transportation back to the Marraketch airport. The apartment is very big, super clean and well cared for. We have been super happy in this house. Hopefully we can come back soon!!!

Beautiful and comfortable

It’s a beautiful apartment right by the seaside. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Naima was really nice and catered to our every need. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, easy walking distance from everything but not in the thick of it. Comfortable. Very thoughtful touches. Naima is a jewel.

Fantastic!

The host & the helper were very friendly & accommodating.

No elevator - we had a lot of luggage, but the lady helper was very helpful in carrying our luggage.

Lovely view on the sea

Great location just on the sea front. Many restaurants around. The apartment was spacious for 4 and was spotless. Owners are lovely people. I would return to the same place when in Essaouira.

We could perhaps have done with a couple of more kitchen pots (small size) in the kitchen. Items such as sugar, salt and pepper were missing too but it was not a big deal.

This was my second stay and for longer this time but I felt the location was a bit tired and more people outside begging

View from the terrace and Mr Daki very helpful and owners very attentive

The beggars around the shops near by they are friendly and honest looking but it’s increased from previous visit

Relaxing with comfort

It was just what we needed to have a few days of relaxation by the beach. The location is great and close enough to the Medina. The staff was very nice.
