The best thing about the hotel was breakfast, which was good and had variety but it also was exactly the same every day.
Staff was very kind.
We stayed at the suite which was spacious and had a great view.
The spa is nice. Dozens of different saunas.
It is NOT sufficiently clearly indicated that children may not access the pool. This was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel and it was a huge disappointment. It is also strange that you have to pay to access it as a guest.
Zero tolerance to allergies, which at least I understood in advance but is not common these days. We stayed at the most expensive 2 rooms (+1 regular room) for a whole week, in the most expensive time of the year and they couldn't bother buying a vegan yogurt for my son or tell us which bread does not contain milk.
There is a huge parking lot but because some people arrive to the spa which are not hotel guests, sometimes the lot is full. When that happened they sent us to park in a super experience underground parking lot which is also a part of the hotel! This was super rude.
Massage was really strange.

Saunas were nice and authentic. I also experimented Bali bath, which enjoyed a lot. I also liked the restaurant and dinner.
Bar in wellness was terrible. Crew were super unfriendly and drinks were disgusting. They argued unnecessarily instead of remaking or changing it. I gave up to not ruin my vacation more.

Fantastic breakfasts!
So many delicious choices. I’m sure we gain some pounds.
Very nice restaurant inside and outside.
Staff was very polite.
Shower!! During showering water was changing from extremely hot to cold on its own. Scary.
Shower and bathroom can definitely use some shelving.

I came with a child and unexpectedly it came out that kids are not allowed in the spa zone.
The shower in the room didn’t work and only after I started to get angry we were transfered to a better one.

The staff was friendly
We went there only because the spa looked pretty cool to find out that you have to pay extra even to see it. Looking at the pictures we thought it was in the middle of beautiful nature but that is not the case at all. It is situated on a main road with nothing around. To get to the nature park you have to walk down a road with no sidewalk. Everything is much smaller then it appears to be on the pictures and it is absolutely not children friendly.

Everything except for the restaurant
Quality of the hotel’s restaurant. Waiting more than 1 hour for our dinner to be done (table of four)while having a reservation and sitting in n empty restaurant… messy and cold plates, no coulinary experiance at all

Absolutely no
The hotel was too expensive and didn't match the quality. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it didn't have its own swimming pool. They only had a nearby spa, which was not owned by the hotel, and required an additional payment of 50 euros per person. As a result, they didn't even allow us, with our baby, to access the spa area, even when one of the parents wouldn't be using the pool or sauna but would stay on the loungers.
In the morning, we woke up to find a bunch of dead flies at the reception. They changed our room and acknowledged the issue, but couldn't do anything about it.
We were traveling with a 3-month-old baby, and it was very inconvenient with a stroller. There were thresholds everywhere, making it extremely uncomfortable for people in wheelchairs or with children.
Overall, the hotel fell short in terms of price-quality ratio. The absence of a pool, issues with cleanliness, and lack of convenience for guests with strollers made our stay less enjoyable. We hope that the management takes our feedback into consideration and improves the conditions for future guests.

And in the morning we have been woken up by music from spa.. I dont think its necessary to turn the music at 8 or 9:00.. it can easily wait till 10:00 as people are coming rest

The personal was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. The room was cleaned each day and the hotel as a whole was very clean in each corner. A great spa space! Many different saunas, resting-reading rooms, bars and a marvelous outdoor warm pool.
The location is far from the city.
The breakfast's variety was medium minus and it hasn't changed during our 5 days of stay.
No water drain hole in bathrooms floor! Any water going out from the shower must be drained with towels.

Good option if you want to have the spa treatment. The spa is good, but a bit overcrowded. Rooms are comfortable and location is nice.
Menu in the restaurant could be richer and the breakfast served longer

The hotel is designed very beautifully, spa-centre is picturesque and full of different types of saunas and pool. Also, they have very tasty breakfasts with a lot of options.
I booked a room for me and my husband and our 6yo son. As we arrived, the stuff informed us that our kid can't use the pools and saunas as it's not intended for people who are less then 145 cm of height. It would be nice and professional to inform about it as we booked a room. This information was provided in the long automatic message from the hotel that was written in Czech. I believe that hotel of this class should be more transparent and upfront and personal.
Aside from this our only complaint is about the beds that are really soft and uncomfortable.

The Breakfast is good, the parking is huge, which is great, and the staff is very friendly! The food in the hotel restaurant is great, Location is good too, but we didn't go around. Wellness was very nice.
While inside the room, you can hear many noises outside, isolation of the rooms is very poor. Wellness is NOT included in the price and should be stated way better in booking, so it came as a huge surprize that it was paid, also there is an inside parking and is paid even if you stay in the hotel, I was snowing while I was there and I parked outside because the inside is paid regardless if you are staying or not, the wellness is great but due to the fact that everyone can come it was very crowded at times and not so pleasant, I wish they at least would limit the number of people inside, the wellness is done in a way to make money, they charge u for everything, even water, seen one fountain only where water was free.

everything was great! we liked how close it was to the wellness center.
the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was delicious!
parking was also no problem at all, we arrived in the late afternoon and so the „regular“ parking lot was quite busy, but after a couple minutes we found a parking space.
the room was spacious with a really big balcony and view of the lake!
