A warm welcoming family home experience tucked away in the hussle of bussle of the Medina.

A beautiful, unique property with hidden gems of artwork and architecture at every turn.

Due to its age and uniqueness, the property has a lot of steps. Not ideal for anyone with restricted mobility.

Le plus beau riad à Marrakech

Absolument tout : le personnel et le propriétaire très gentils et serviables, l’emplacement, la sublime déco, le rooftop qui me rappelle le jardin secret, les 2 piscines surtout intérieure qui est incroyable, et très gros coup de cœur pour les savons et gel douche qui sentent vraiment bons !

On est resté qu’une seule nuit, on aurait voulu rester plus longtemps ou organiser autrement mais les prix étaient quand même conséquent si on voulait rester 5 nuits dans ce même riad.

Difícil descrever , porque tudo era perfeito neste Riad. A localização é perfeita perto de muitas atrações e fácil acesso a transportes para ir visitar tudo o que queríamos , tudo funcionou bem ! Pedimos serviço de transfer do aeroporto para o alojamento e não podíamos estar mais que satisfeitas! Chegamos à noite e quem nos recebeu foi o Brahiim , super simpático e sempre disponível para responder às nossas questões ! Havia mais funcionários no qual foram todos muito prestáveis. Este lugar é mágico . Ficamos muito felizes ao estar neste Riad e vamos voltar! Obrigada. Patrícia e Carol .

Magnifique

Établissement exceptionnel, ont s’y sent comme à la maison !!! J’ai adoré donner à manger aux tortues sur le toit terrasse, la gentillesse du personnel et surtout le Hammam et les massages de Souad exceptionnel… Un grand merci à Jean-Claude et sa fille pour leurs accueil, leurs gentillesse et leurs disponibilité. J’espère revenir un jours 🙏

Excellent location, close to Bacha Coffee and walkable to souks

Beautiful Riad with multiple levels, sitting areas and terrace garden. Very good and helpful staff, also have good facilities, including massage. They are helpful to guide to local places as well. Excellent communication with quick response to messages, arranged late night dinner on the day we arrived including airport pick-up(additional charge).

As a suggestion - breakfast options could be improved offering better variations if staying for multiple days.

Un posto incantevole

Tutto meraviglioso, l'accoglienza, la lacation, il calore, il gatto, l'atmosfera, la colazione, il cibo, la terrazza, la posizione e il meraviglioso staff, tutti giovani disponibili e gentili.

I rumori dei lavori in corso della casa a fianco ma quelli prima o poi finiranno e regnerà nuovamente la tranquillità.

Beautiful riad right in the centre of the medina. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. On-premises hammam really nice. Overall, nothing to complain about. And much to enthuse about and miss.

I asked for soft-boiled eggs at breakfast (which was otherwise lovely) but, apart from the first morning, they were hard-boiled. With that the only thing I can really think of, you can imagine it was an excellent choice for somewhere to stay in Marrakech!

Prima esperienza a Marrakesh in un riad davvero favoloso, oltre le nostre aspettative. SUPER TOP

Posizione Riad centralissima, a tre minuti dalla circonvallazione principale e a 15 minuti dalla piazza principale; direttamente sulle vie principali che portano ai souk; colazione top, camera top, silenzio e pace assoluta, Riad super tranquillo, pur essendo ci altri ospiti si aveva impressione di essere soli. Tantissimi spazi comuni con arredamento ricercatissimo (opera del proprietario cordialissimo Jean Claude) con moltissimi divani, cuscini, poltrone, quadri, fotografie stupende...sembrava di essere in un museo; in ogni angolo c'è un caminetto (per l'inverno ovviamente). La zona piscina con i tavoli per colazione e cena fantastica, tipicamente in stile marocchino. Abbiamo provato hammam e massaggi, esperienza molto piacevole e anche con prezzi ragionevoli. Abbiamo cenato una sera a bordo piscina con il riad a nostra completa disposizione. Staff gentilissimo, super disponibile, cordiale e pronto ad ogni richiesta. Non abbiamo mai provato altri riad ma secondo noi questo è sicuramente al TOP sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Camera non spaziosissima (ma la nostra aveva un terrazzo privato al piano superiore che però non abbiamo utilizzato molto), se si vuole più spazio ci sono molte altre suite più grandi praticamente allo stesso prezzo. Alcuni dettagli della doccia da migliorare (rubinetteria un po' trasandata e mancanza di vetro, per le giornate fredde non penso sia piacevole stare in doccia anche se calda). Zona wc un po' sacrificata, ma la disposizione della camera non permetteva altro, quindi tutto sommato non un grosso problema. Cena alla carta ma non ci siamo ben capiti (pensavamo fosse alla carta "al momento" invece avremmo dovuto dire prima cosa avremmo voluto....nessun problema comunque, cena ottima con servizio personalizzato

Déco.localisation.yerrasse

Super emplacement. La rue est agréable juste à côté des foundouks , quartier avec plein d'antiquaires et galerie, plutôt chic mais tout est très abordable. Grand riad avec superbe terrasse et grand bassin. Personnel au top, merci Khalid ;) nous n'avons pas testé le hammam et le resto mais les prix sont très bien ( comparés a d'autres établissements similaires)

L'insonorisation de la chambre. Sans trop de surprises et pour un court séjour pas de soucis mais on entend toutes les entrées. Les gens sont respectueux mais ça sera le seul point négatif pour notre sommeil trop sensible ;)

Tutto fantastico, struttura, personale e pozione!

Accoglienza, disponibilità e cordialità del personale e del titolare, così come la colazione ed i servizi offerti (noi abbiamo usufruito di un hammam di coppia della durata complessiva di 60 minuti). Ti fanno sentire a casa loro, in un Riad incantevole in ogni sua parte. La zona della piscina è superlativa, così come ogni angolo del Riad, curato con stile e attenzione al dettaglio. Struttura molto pulita ed in un’ottima posizione, poco lontana dal trambusto dei souq della Medina.

Joyful, peaceful, very interesting and relaxing!

The Riad Dar Saad was just lovely and peaceful. Location was great and the staff were exceptional. We could not have enjoyed our stay any better. The bath and massage was fabulous. We had tea on the rooftop and loved it so much, we had di ner there too. They arranged excellent tours and driver Ahmed. He could not have been a better ambassador for Marrakech!

Our bed was a bit too firm for my taste but fine for my husband.

This stay was for us one of the best accommodation experience we have ever had. The decoration of the Riad is very impressive, all the staff members were extremely nice and open. We experienced the natural hospitality which can be the reference in the service business. The great example to follow. Before the trip the communication with Riad was perfect. Thank you Meriem! We also booked a one day trip to Atlas Mountains via Riad. It was great as well. We were driven and guided by Ahmed. Fantastic tour! We will come back :)

If we ever return to Marrakech, we will definitely stop here again. It really was a great choice.

We loved everything. But the staff was one of a kind. Very, very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, but I would recommend anyone who stays at this riad to order a dinner. Tajines, soup and those little cheese triangles - fantastic.

Fantastic staff throughout our stay who were exceptional in making our stay enjoyable & comfortable. The owners Jean Claude & Susana regularly mingled with the guests ensuring all comfort needs met. Great breakfast with selection of Morrocan bread and freshly squeezed orange juice to kickstart the day. This prepared us for a day full of sightseeing & shopping. The roof top terrace is our favourite spot for the views of Atlas mountains & Marrakech. It's a great spacious place to chill out & relax at any time of the day or evening. It is idyllic spot for both sun worshippers and those enjoying sun shade. We enjoyed our dinner on the terrace on the evening when our flight arrived late. It would be extra special when the roof-top bar & pool are completed. We would highly recommend this Riad for the warmth of service & hospitality from all the staff.

The pool which is located in the basement, looks beautiful & inviting but I would feel shy & self-conscious using it as it is located in the middle of breakfast room & near kitchen. This would be resolved when new pool is created on the roof-top terrace.... I would be the first one to jump in.

Beautiful authentic riad

Beautiful spacious rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff. The riad has lovely mysterious feeling with all its stairs and hidden rooms.

I missed a tall mirror in the room. And the smoke from the fireplace was a bit intense. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Lovely Riad - excellent location and facilities.

There was a choice of breakfast items and it was all delicious and fresh. The Riad has a Hammam and I booked the Berber Experience which included cleansing and full body massage. This was a wonderful experience and very good value for money - I can highly recommend it. The staff were very good at organising taxis to meet us at the train station and take us to the airport on departure. All costs were clearly conveyed to us.
