About this villa rental
Thus lovely villa THE BEACH PLACE INNALOO is a home away from home situated in a quiet street just 5 minutes drive from the beach, 15 minutes from Perth city centre and only 30 minutes from the lovely Swan valley winery region to the East or Fremantle to the South. We are only a few minutes from a Mitchell Freeway on ramp the main artery that will get you anywhere. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, one with ensuite, and a third bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. We have wi-fi available and all modern conveniences including outdoor area complete with BBQ. This property became available for short term in October 2016 but you may wish to view our many good reviews on our other property that is called FRANGIPANI VILLA INNALOO located at the same address in a small group of 3 villas. stayz id property number for FRANGIPANI VILLA INNALOO is 151263

Couldn’t rate this place anymore if we tried, everything out shone our expectations.
The owners are friendly, helpful and take great pride in their residence and our initial communications were informative.
The house it’s self is in a ideal location close to the beach, freeway and shops including a gourmet supermarket (Farmer Jacks) in Gewlup it has all the things your mouth could desire and more. It can comfortably accommodate the number of people advertised with plenty of seating, linen and comfortable beds.
The owners have thought of everything and the house is well setup for young families with a highchair, a pram and toys all supplied.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be staying again.

My family (5 adults) loved their stay at The Beach Place, which was a perfect location for access to the coast, city and local suburbs. Lovely owner who provided body boards and offered advice on where to visit. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at the Beach Place Innaloo. The " Beach Place" was exactly as pictured. Close to the city as we were going to see a show. Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We were a party of 7 and it was very suitable and spacious. Highly recommend staying there.
