El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es muy buena
Había cucarachas, instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, cama incomoda, se supone que incluye el desayuno pero solo es cafe y fruta.
Mejor elige otro sitio si tienes opción.

Nothing
The parking was faraway from the hotel and on the weekend it was open only a few hours. It was really inconvenient. I won’t recommend it

Everything was decent.
There was no air conditioner, not even a fan. The rooms were extremely hot.
4.5
Location. The room is clean.
There was anything to make a coffee, the restaurant opens late & closes early. TV is very small & WIFI did not work in my room.
4.5
Breakfast - fruit salad, toast and jam, coffee or tea.
Room had separate lounging room with couch.

great location
Can’t understand how it gets 4 stars. Seriously, way far from it. It’s just a cheap hotel. Big stains on white sheets and towels. Body hair on the bed. Wifi wasn’t working properly.

The location was the only positive thing about the hotel
This was the most terrible hotel experience in my life.
This place should not be a hotel at all and it should not be allowed to take guests. I have no idea how did it get such a good rating here.
I got the room on the first floor. The reality was far from something you see on the photos of the property.
There was mold and rust on windows and other parts of the room, the smell was also about the mold.
There were cockroaches running on the floor. There was no sound proof.
The breakfast is some kind of joke, they give you two slices of toasts, a cup of coffee and some pieces of fruits.

We had the master suite for 4 people and it was spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. The receptionist (Wendy) was wonderful. We enjoyed the 2 bars nearby Mr. Henry and especially Rock Pariaso.
Although parking was free, it was blocks away.

The property is close to town. There are restaurants, bars, coffee places, and so on nearby.
My impression is that, 20 or more years ago it probably was a nice hotel. As it is now, it’s rather unkept. We had to rooms, one was ok. The other was really humid, mould on the bad room ceiling, painting coming off the walls, really strong humidity smell (unhealthy), rusty windows, broken switches, toilet not flushing properly. We requested a change of room, but this was granted only the following day. So, the first night we slept the other room’s sofa. There were futons, but they look dirty and greasy. Broken shower door handles, broken shower tap. There were 2 ladies and one guy at the reception. The ladies were amazingly kind and they did show true concern about our complaints and were keen to get things sorted. The guy was a totally unhelpful and unkind. He also served breakfast, where unkindness showed. furniture is old, some parts were covered in dust, and floors looked they’ve seen better days. Not sure why the owners don’t get concerned about keeping the place in good condition. It really gave the impression of carelessness with regards of keeping the place in a good shape and presentation. if it were not for the two ladies at the reception, I would have rated this place worse. I think this hotel could be a really really nice place if it was upgraded or at least kept in better shape.

staff really rude (front desk and breakfast waitress) breakfast rodiculous , they should not offer breakfast because what they give its not even a contibental breakfast, they only give you 2 toasts 4oz of fruit and 1 cup of coffee, they only give you one creamer for your coffee if you ask for more the give you negatice attitude. the picture shows how much your allow to get, because when you check in they inform you that you can only get 2 piecd of toast and 4 oz fruit and a coffee and NO you cannot get more than that not even an extra fruit. there is no milk no cereal no oatmeal but toast and a coffee

Location is good.
No a/c just an extremely noisy fan only.
If Breakfast included is your choice only limited selection of fruit choice depending on what they have and toasts.
Ask for extra bottle of water and toilet paper.
No bed side lamps or plug.
Broken shower door handle.
No soap or toiletteries.
1 broken wood sliding door to allow Window privacy and street noise reduction in bedroom.
Both rooms, vertical blinds damaged.

I would pick another hotel should I return to Morelia.

Well maintained, clean and beautiful art decor. The room was a like a mini art gallery of painter Maria Izquierdo.
Housekeeping claimed they were missing a towel and wanted to charge me for it but I explained to management that all the towels were there. Management eventually said it was fine and I didn’t pay anything but it was an uncomfortable situation.
