Very good value for the price, will likely stay again.

Very good value for money, plenty of options provided for the free breakfast. Room was clean and more spacious than I expected considering the price and compared with other pension houses in Cebu City. Staff were very helpful despite my arrival very late at night.

Hot water in the shower was not working.

Wouldn't recommend, better pay more and get better place

We booked it because it was cheap. Wi-fi was good, staff was useful. The room had air conditioning.

Not the cleanest place, especially breakfast plates. Breakfast was hardly eatable. Instant 3 in 1 coffee. Location was really bad, very dodgy, after talking to locals even they avoid it. Shower and sink were very poor - we couldn't turn on the water, when we managed to do it, we couldn't turn it off. You get what you pay, next time would rather pay more but not stay in a place like this. We left earlier than planned.

The room and surrounding facilities were well presented and the staff were courteous and helpful.

Shower head was badly blocked, severely restricting water flow and though our room should have been ready at 2pm, it was not offered to us until 5pm, but it was worth the wait. You

Positive experience at a property that seems to focus on providing value for money.

The bright spot is the staff. They are eager to help. One hundred peso or less taxi ride to SM Mall, Robinsons Galleria Mall and Robinsons Fuente Mall. Plenty of carendarias are nearby. Massage can be found nearby. ATMs are also close. Located near Mad Monkey without the frat party atmosphere. Free Netflix.

Cafe choices for food were limited and some of the items on the small menu were not always available. Their Wi-Fi is set up so that you have to input a new code every 24 hours. I can understand why they do this...it's just annoying.

It was great staying there :)

We liked our stay here very much. The location is perfect, walkable distance to many food places. The best thing was that we could use the hotel as our base throughout our journey on Philippines (coming from islands and flying to another ones). We could leave our bags there for days for free and we felt it was very safe there. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was simple but yet delicious. We could even order some food via Grab and eat it in the lobby. The possibility of late/early check-in gave us a lot of flexibility. Each time coming back there felt like coming home :) The rooms are very spacious and clean. The toilet and the shower are separated with the shower curtain, so nothing gets wet while taking a shower. The internet was fast.

The faucet was a bit loose so we needed to be very careful by turning on the water, but the pressure was great.

is very calm, the day before we were in a hostel near there, ( mad monkey) all night was music and couldn’t sleep that’s why we changed! here is so quiet! And the staff is very nice as well! breakfast included 😊

It's good enough for the price per night

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good enough for the price per night. Location wasn't too bad as we didn't mind walking around.

Some of the staff members were very relaxed. The location is okay but we preferred to get back early evening to avoid walking in the area at night. There are services included in the description such as laundry service that they actually do no provide. The safety box mentioned in the description is in the owner's house. Pillows were very soft and our room was facing the road which was very loud at night.

Nice place in Cebu

The location is great and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

Unlike our first stay at Palazzio, the room had a funny smell and there was a hole in the parquet floor that we filled with some tissues.

Very good

Though the pics posted in booking.com were not same in reality maybe because they were old photos, we enjoyed our stay because it's near in the Metro. it's near SM , Ayala technohub, sto.Nino basilica and the like... Easy means of transpo, but most especially not only the staff but the Cebuanos are Soo kind and hospitable! I would definitely come back here! We'll try Oslob and Bantayan Island in the future!

the room was big and spacious

nothing worked in the bathroom. the shower head just leaked a few water drops without any pressure and the sink tap had water coming out from everywhere. the entire property is undergoing maintenance so there is cement and tiles and workers everywhere.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good A/C. TV had a good selection of English speaking channels. Not far from South Bus Terminal and MyBus Terminal.

The location was a bit sketchy. Lack of food options within walking distance.

The staff were accommodating. We checked in earlier than the check in time (3am)😅and we were still accomodated with just an ample amount to add. It was convenient and safe for us.
