It was a lovely view, but for 4 couples the sleeping arrangements were pretty hard. Two beautiful rooms and the rest bunks or a double bed in a little hideaway. Luckily 3 of our eight couldn’t come, and we didn’t have to draw straws. The house is old, so I appreciate the cleaning difficulty. View amazing, and lovely linen and beds. I think it’s the perfect house for two families, not 4 couples!

Rustic property with an exceptional view. Ample sleeping, comfy beds and living areas. The facilities are very outdated - 80s microwave, slow oven, TV, no music, BBQ rusted - and not sufficient for the price. Great property for getting back to basics and kids off devices (no wi-fi) and chill out. Games and books available

The property was clean, well set-up and close to everything we wanted

Epic view
This place is all about the view. The photos on the site looking out to the ocean, peninsular and estuary don’t lie. Walks to Monkey Rock close by and a short drive to the beach and town. It’s an older style self built rustic but comfortable home, although the mattresses were all little too firm for our liking and there is no high tech bells and whistles (or WiFi). We enjoyed bush walking and surfing- and with all that fresh Denmark air still slept well, waking to that exhilarating view again was a gift.
Stayz is a little misleading advertising the place sleeps 12 but price is based on 2 and then charging for every additional person.
The house has four rooms and one has a queen and a single, all the other rooms sleep two (one is two bunks) and then there’s a sofa bed located in a common area.
So it sleeps 11 max and 9 is ideal.

Family Holiday
A wonderful location and well equipped house. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Only small issue is there was quite a strong smell from the laundry.

Better in real life.
Older style house with magnificent views to the Harding River, sandbar and beyond. Surrounded by spectacular forest. Some of our group went for walks along the nearby walking trails that produced wonderful vistas. Internet signal patchy. No dishwasher, but it's a big house so many hands to help with dishes. Great hot water pressure for showers. Some of the lights are slow to turn on, you get used to that, it must be Denmark time :-) Plenty of resources for the house, we brought extra stuff we didn't need. Bedding & towels are great quality. There is a library of books, games and tv, but we never had any time for that. Two loungerooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) provide plenty of space for everyone and the whole house overlooks the water. We had a great long weekend.
2.0 / 5.0
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, our only gripe which I'll get out of the way first was a strong bad smell of unknown origin downstairs and near the stairwell which fortunately did not permeate to upstairs bedrooms and living area otherwise it would of meant staying elsewhere it was that bad. If we could of worked out the source we would of removed it ourselves but our solution was to buy good quality scented candles which we lit the moment we returned to the property and put out when we left. As no-one else has mentioned this it must of been a recent development.
Otherwise the property gets 10 out of 10 for the location with the stunning views and surrounding forest. The house is as many of the reviews have mentioned so its no surprise when you get there a bit old and tired but in a good way, it is a unique house with rammed earth walls downstairs and different levels of floor with a dropdown of two steps into the kitchen and front lounge and dining room.
The house is generally very clean and neat with just the odd area needing a dust or clean but overall quite a high level of cleanliness throughout.
The house has a good kitchen with several food prep areas and a central island, large enclosed pantry with flyscreen door and a modern large fridge with overhead freezer door. We mainly ate out so could not comment on the oven and cooktops which were gas, the kitchen seemed to have plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, plenty of cooking utensils and lots of crockery and mugs, cups and glasses and different wine glasses of all shapes and sizes.
The upstairs bathroom is large with a wonderful bath with a great view of the forest, plenty of hot water just mind your step getting out as it is fairly high up for a bath with two steps and then you climb in. Separate shower also with a toilet behind a door at the far end with a hand basin. The bathroom has another hand basin area for brushing your teeth etc with plenty of storage areas.
The main two upstairs bedrooms have comfortable and clean beds. The master bedroom has a magnificent view out of the two glass doors opening onto the outside covered verandah with full length glass panels either side. A door leads into the adjoining bathroom. A wardrobe is for your clothes with side draws to the bed plus another set of drawers and a TV. The other main bedroom has a single bed up against one wall with a queen bed also with bedside drawers and a wardrobe and a double lounge.
We had a great time.

The perfect spot for a weekend getaway
This property has stunning views looking out towards the ocean. It is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of spots to sit inside and out and take in your surroundings. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The whole process was easy and Graeme provided helpful detailed information prior to check-in. We will recommend this property to others and will definitely be back.

Best view in Denmark
Nullaki Dreaming has without a doubt, the best view of Ocean Beach and the surrounding area. Both levels look out over the beach, with a view that extends back towards Albany. It’s an incredible sight and was awesome to see each morning and evening. The check-in process was smooth and the house pretty much had everything two families might need for a wonderful stay in Denmark. Lots of comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their time in this part of the world. It is an older home that has clearly been used and enjoyed by many over the years. The BBQ is very small and could do with an upgrade, but this in no way impacted the stay at all. In summary, we would not hesitate to recommend Nullaki Dreaming to anyone wishing for a memorable time in Denmark.

Families Fun
Had a great time, three families with kids under 10. Adults relaxed enjoying the amazing views while the kids played & explored away from TVs and iPads.
Plenty of space both inside and out with various bedding options and a number of living spaces.
5 minutes or so to Ocean Beach (you can literally check the surf from the bed in the main upstairs bedroom) and Lights Beach. Scored great weather so spent plenty of time at the beach in the sun.
However, there is so much to do in and around Denmark regardless of the weather.
Had reasonably good reception with Telstra at the house. Optus was sketchy but worked most of the time.
If I had one small suggestion it would be to upgrade the tiny electric BBQ to a full-size gas one.

Pleasant stay
Overall we had a pleasant stay in this huge house with its stunning views. Upstairs is bright and open with big big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Downstairs is a little on the dark side and dated and design wise a bit difficult to get around, especially for people like me who have a disability. .The whole house relies on a single wood heater for heating and this became an issue during our stay. It's old and needs a new baffle so that it can be damped down for efficient burning. We replaced the door seal and that helped. The sign at the wood pile said " please use wood sparingly" and we tried to but if you can't properly damp down the fire box then you will use a lot of wood. The house generally worked fine and was comfortable enough. It just needs a more efficient and effective heating system.

Beautiful property, stunning views
Beautiful rammed earth home with some of the best views in Denmark. The property is very private and peaceful. The online photos don’t do it justice. So happy we found this gem, we will be back!

Great property with excellent view
Perfect place for our party of 12. The 2nd story was great for our families to bond and interact. There was almost no nternet access but it was great as the children and adults were not on their devices all the time.

Magnificent setting nestled amongst the trees with incredible ocean views.
We had a wonderful stay. It was a freezing cold, winter weekend, but the house was lovely & warm once we got the fire going. The beds were all really comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing place
Our second stay at this lovely place. Unbeatable views, space galore, and a well equipped kitchen for a large group. The price could perhaps be dropped slightly and there could be some more kitchen condiments stocked (salt and pepper, oil, etc.), but otherwise this is an amazing place which we'll return to.

Charming house with WOW factor
We were looking for the perfect wedding accommodation for family and friends and have found it in Nullaki Dreaming! Stunning views, beautiful setting in the forest yet close to town, the best beaches and wineries. Large living spaces with cosy nooks. This ticks all the boxes – we’ll be booking it for our wedding next year!

What a Gem!
I took some family from Europe to check out the South West and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nullaki Dreaming. Hidden away, but not far out of town, it was perfect. Its a big house with big rooms. The views are amazing. We will be back to enjoy it again!

Must be the best location in Denmark.
The outlook from this property is stunning, and exploring the local area taking in Monkey Rock and the beaches, you really are visiting some top spots. There is plenty of space for the whole family and the Beds provide a comfortable sleep. Some aspects of the property are looking a little tired, but sit and admire the view and this is all forgotten.

Amazing Property
This property is truly beautiful with sweeping views across farmland and the water that photos just don't do justice. There was plenty of space for two families to live comfortably whilst the size of the property allowed our kids to roam about freely and explore happily for hours. With 12 acres of bush and the adjoining forest you can relax and soak up the quiet and peacefulness while only being 8 minutes from town and 5 minutes drive from the beach.

Breathtaking Views!
Nullaki Dreaming has unrivalled ocean views to Conspicuous Cliffs and Ocean Beach from both ground and second stories! The house is centrally located to both beaches and the town centre and well equipped with cosy living areas on both levels, with a huge bathroom connected to the main bedroom. This would have to be one of the most amazing houses we have stayed in and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Denmark area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this 2 story timber/rammed earth house in a secluded area backing onto forest with views to the bay. Spacious and full of character with all the comforts of home.
