Villa Kalomira left us with impression that we were in a movie-like house. Everything looks authentic from great teracces, family church in the yard, clean rooms and inspiring views to breakfast with home made marmalaide. Kalomira and her family are amazing hosts, warm and there to help you have your dream vacation. We would gladly come back to Villa Kalomira.

Our breakfasts at Villa Kalomira were the highlight of each day!!
Kalomira and her family kindly served us breakfast in their beautiful courtyard next to their family church.
Traditional Greek breakfast was offered with the most delicious Greek yoghurt, honey, home made jams, fresh fruit and orange juice and many more options.
Most of all we enjoyed our morning conversations with Kalomira and family who welcomed us into their daily life and shared many stories about their beautiful life in Spetses.
Kalomira is an exceptionally kind and generous person who was always available to assist us. We truly appreciate the hospitality offered by Kalomira, her sister, mother and two children. We are also very thankful to Kilomira's father Ioannis for taking us out on his boat, was an exceptional experience!
We look forward to returning someday...soon we hope!
Leaving...was a very sad moment for us to say goodbye to our new friends...we really appreciated how Kalomira and her mother got up very early to say goodbye to us and will hold this beautiful experience in our hearts forever â¤ď¸

Kalomira and her family are kind and welcoming and the property is spotless.
They have carefully thought through everything necessary for a comfortable stay and the rooms reflect that.

The Location, the cleanliness of everything, the comfort of the room and safety of the Villa. The breakfast was marvellous. Attention to detail was exceptional.
Nothing, in my opinion everything was brilliant.

A wonderful family run and family friendly accommodation, with a beautiful terrace, in a quiet corner, yet close to the harbor. What stands out is an amazing breakfast, with home-made marmalades and olives! Make sure to try the yoghurt with honey.

The host is amazing, she is super nice, had great tips for beaches, restaurants, and bars (every single tip was great). She really made us feel like being part of her family. Impressive breakfast, you should try the homemade olives :-)

Very pleasant, very polite and informative. A great family that made us fell very welcome. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh fruit and home made jam and jellies. But what really made it memorable was young Anna's beautiful smile (and her mothers) that started our day every morning.
The room could have had a little better view that just the back stairs and it definately needs at least one more chair so that you do not have to sit on the bed all the time.

Kalomira is a very attentive, kind, helpful, and friendly landlady. It was a pleasure meeting her and staying in this family-run pension. She gave us all the necessary information for a beautiful stay in Spetses. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, kind of diet breakfast, A BIT RESTRICTED IN CHOISES, MORE A KIND OF DIET BREAKFAST.
CLEAN ROOM, COMFY BEDS, GOOD LOCATION, NICE HOST.
MAYBE BREAKFAST SHOULD HAVE MORE CHOISES, LIKE CROISSANT, HAM, VARIOUS CEREALS, SCRAMBLE EGGS, FETA, WHOLE FRUITS, CAKE, etc... A BUFFET WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, THAN SERVED ONE.
ONLY 3 TABLES OUTSIDE, SO WE HAD TO QUEU TO SIT OUTSIDE. THE INSIDE ROOM WAS A BIT CLOSTROPHOBIC AND IN A LOWER GROUND FLOOR. ITS A PITY THEY DID NOT SERVE ON THE UOOER TERRACE.
SMALL BATHROOM, THE SINK WAS DIFFICULT TO WASCH, WITHOUT SPASHING THE WATER AROUND. WRONG ROBINET...
NO MOSQUITO NETS, NO DARK/ BLINDS/ CURTAINS.
THE MAIN ROOM DOOR HAS NO ISOLATION. NOISY FROM THE OTHER GUESTS.

Better that at home ! Because you are served đ. Delicious breakfast, just enough and homemade jams. Very very nice family guesthouse and the hosts, knowing history of the island and having patriotic descendants. Family chapel - extraordinary unusual experience. Greek hospitalityâ¤ď¸ And even filing of proudnesses that we could stay there. Thank you !
Nothing , but there is a bird inside the tree on the street that starting â to singâ at 23.00 , it is like a machine sound. After second night it doesnât bother any more

Fantastic family run hotel, owned by the same family for 40 years. Spotlessly clean and very well organised.
Good size bedroom with a kitchen area. Lovely newly refurbished bathroom, with powerful shower.
Excellent air conditioning and huge private balcony with table and chairs.
Outstanding fresh breakfast in the shaded courtyard, with homemade jams and fresh fruit.
Kalomira, has taken over running the hotel from her parents and is a superb, lovely and friendly host.
She even got up early at 5.30 am to say goodbye to us on our final day.
Would highly recommend and will certainly return.

The host and her family served us beautifully in our stay here. We booked last minute, yet she was still able to meet every need we had, including providing gluten free produce with breakfast for my sister who has an intolerance to gluten.
We absolutely loved our stay and couldnât have felt more welcome! The location was perfect and breakfast delicious. We were given advice for hiring bikes and beaches to visit, which was brilliant for exploring the whole island.

The breakfast was phenomenal! There was so much delicious fresh and homemade food that it also became a picnic for my lunch!
The hosts were so kind and friendly, it's a family run guest house.
The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable.
The rooms were a little dark, there wasn't a lot of natural light.

Breakfasts were excellent, with variety, much homemade, and served in a lovely courtyard. The hosts also graciously provided valuable information for our plans each day. They were flexible and helpful in every way.

I loved my stay at Villa Kalomira. Itâs about a 10-minute walk from the ferry and slightly uphill, so if you have mobility issues you might want to take a taxi (they are plentiful).
The family that runs Villa Kalomira is very sweet â super friendly and helpful. My room was a bit sparse, but tastefully decorated in colors of white and teal. There is a kitchenette in one corner , and the bathroom is next-generation modern.
Breakfasts are included and were literally out of this world â so delicious, fresh, and plentiful. They were more than this big guy could eat, and thatâs saying something.
Spetsis is a hidden gem. Itâs where the rich in Greece come to relax and play, and is filled with trendy boutiques and wonderful restaurants. I ended up taking a taxi to Ayia Paraskevi beach, on the far side of the island about ten miles away. But to spend the day at a pristine, nearly-deserted beach surrounded by pine trees and crystal clear water was well worth the price.
Spetsis is only two hours away from Athens by ferry, and is a great introduction to the Greek islands living.

Very clean room, close to the center and the port. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even gave us the homemade jams they produce.

They have a beautiful courtyard and serve a beautiful homemade breakfast!
