Very impressed would recommend to friends and would go back again

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was great a 2 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes to main road. Very quiet

Only 1 suggestion to put a bracket up for shower head to make easier to shower

We got what we expected, everything is fine.

Very friendly and helpful Dimitris met us, gave us the keys, showed and explained everything, helped to resolve all issues. Good location: near the sea, many cafes and restaurants, small shops, car and motorcycle rental and much more. Spacious room with a balcony where you can sit with a cocktail or smoke a cigar. In the kitchen you can cook your own food, there are all utensils, pots, pans, a small refrigerator, a kettle. The room has air conditioning, a safe, a large comfortable bed. Bed linen and towels are changed every couple of days, the room is cleaned, weight is maintained. In terms of price-quality ratio, a very good option for budget tourists who are not looking for special luxury, which is what my husband and I are. We liked everything, we hope that we will come to Zakynthos more than once and stay with the hospitable Dimitris in the Babis studio.

We have some tips for landlords on how to improve conditions. The first is about the shower: it is inconvenient to wash, you have to hold the shower hose with one hand and wash with the other. A shower screen or other shower curtain is missing as bathing water spills onto the floor next to the toilet which needs to be cleaned after every use. Secondly, there is no microwave in the kitchen, which could save time when preparing food. I hope landlords will take this into account, and customers will be even happier.

Wonderful!

We liked the most the staff,location (extremely close to the beach,but close to the airport as well) Great accommodation,wonderful people and clean! I gladly recomand Babis Studios!!!

Amazing!

The location was amazing, right near the beach and only a short drive from Zakynthos town/ laganas. The owner was so helpful and the place was cleaned very regularly. Would stay here again!

Relaxing stay, close to the beach

I am back home and already miss Babis Studios! It was a great choice! We stayed in a studio with a nice balcony, air condition, small fridge and kitchen equipment. It was nice to have breakfasts every day in a sunny balcony :) We loved the location - close to the beach and Kalamaki center. Plenty of space to park the car. The owner is always smiling, friendly and helpful. Me and my friend had good sleep and relax at Babis. I would definitely choose this studio again :)

Totally relaxing stay

That was my second stay in Babis Studios. I love the place and the location. Quiet, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, with the airconditionning and beautiful garden, close to the airport. The host is so kind and helpful - thank you so much for your help and assistance!
