*Do Quarto, Bem Equipados, Confortável, Banho Quente e etc.

Do Tempo, Da Piscina Gelada, Do Frio e Vento. Nem aproveitamos há área da piscina direito, Por causa da Temperatura, que não estava Agradável. Fora isso, Tudo Lindo e quase Perfeito.

Visitando Salvador

Gostei bastante da acomodação, quarto amplo, bem planejado, o ponto positivo pia do banheiro separado do chuveiro e vaso sanitário dando maior mobilidade para os demais hóspedes se organizarem. Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, desde o check-in até o check-out. Estou bastante satisfeita com a hospedagem!

Primeiramente, o wi-fi que é muito fraco, não funcionou bem para nenhum dos três hóspedes. E em segundo o café da manhã, sem opções variadas e pratos feitos na hora como tapioca recheada e omelete, como uma boa parte dos hotéis costumam ofertar. Sugestão: poderiam ter um serviço para almoço e jantar.

Mudou pra pior

O hotel é excelente em sua localização e conforto, porém precisei solicitar a troca do controle da TV e o aparelho de telefone que estava quebrado.

O café da manhã era excelente, agora é bem pobre em sabores e qualidade, parece me que estão comprando mercadorias bem baratas para baixar o custo da alimentação e isso está me fazendo repensar em me hospedar novamente lá.

Funcionários cordiais, solícitos e simpáticos; café da manhã variado, muito saboroso e com rápida reposição de alimentos; quarto grande, espaçoso, limpo, com cama grande e confortável, 4 travesseiros, banheiro grande, muitas tomadas, ferro de passar, TV com TODOS os canais (coisa rara nos hotéis)... Simplesmente impecável. Amamos o quarto; Terraço tem belíssima vista da cidade, piscina com tamanho razoável e limpa; localização (próxima dos dois principais shoppings e da rodoviária).

Preços dos snacks são proibitivos. Seria um desrespeito ao próprio dinheiro pagar 7 reais num mendorato de 27g ou num clube social de 24g, fora outros itens.

La ubicación del hotel está muy bien. El tamaño de las habitaciones es grande.

Las toallas y sábanas estaban viejas. De la dicha se salía el agua. El primer día no teníamos agua caliente y tras comentarlo no nos dieron ninguna solución factible, así que ese día tuvimos que ducharnos en agua fría. El hotel tiene una gran falta de mantenimientos y renovación. El desayuno es muy básico. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad del hotel, siento este un hotel de supuestamente 4 estrellas.

Foi como estar em um setor de promoção barata pagando caro em um hotel que deveria ser de luxo

O quarto é grande e espaço, a cama grande é ótima pra se espalhar e ter a cadeira de trabalho pra mim me ajudou bastante em alguns momentos, mas é só isso!

Cafe da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, molhos que pareciam estar diluídos em agua para “render”, o café era minha decepção diária. Outro ponto é a limpeza do quarto, com espaços que não eram limpos a dias, chuveiro entupido e pra piorar roupas de banho velhas e se desmanchando. Até hoje procuro onde estão as 4 estrelas com qual o booking avaliou essa acomodação

Estádio no Sotero

Vista maravilhosa peo mar do terraço onde estão a piscina e academia. A academia é bem ampla e aparelhada. No quarto, a cama é grande, ten mesa para colocar o computador. Vista ampla sem prédio perto. Ar condicionado, chuveiro funcionando bem. Tarifa com preço excelente.

Poderia ter mais luminosidade no quarto, restaurante pra almoço.

O SOTERO HOTEL TÊM SUÍTES AMPLAS, SPLIT FUNCIONANDO, LIMPEZA IMPECÁVEL, PORTANTO, HÁ CONFORTO.

A equipe, as recepcionistas, são super atenciosas. Suíte bastante ampla, nada claustrofóbica como muitos quartos de hotéis atualmente. O split gela e muito. É necessário o uso, as janelas são travadas. Limpeza impecável. O fato de estar cerca de 1km do Salvador Shopping, podendo se ir a pé, querendo. O valor da diária, considerando-se que a hospedagem antecedeu o período do Carnaval.

Os elevadores têm revestimento em madeira o que os tornam muito quentes. O café poderia surpreender.

Do café da manhã, apesar de uma boa apresentação, a maioria dos alimentos não eram gostosos, inclusive os salgados, por exemplo, empada e esfirras, estavam geladas! Pão de queijo só foi servido alguns dias! Poucas opções para o preço pago pelo hotel! Tb não gostei de ter que ficar indo o tempo todo ativar as chaves na recepção, chegávamos cansados dos camarotes e não conseguia abrir a porta do quarto, tendo que ir à recepção o tempo todo ativar as chaves! Absurdo o constrangimento e cansaço!

Horrible experience from beginning to end. No food options in the hotel and no visitors allowed!

Not much.

This hotel is not a 4 star, it’s a 2 star at most. After a long flight of 16 hours, we arrive at the hotel and there’s absolutely no option for food at the hotel. The staff told me to download an app called iFood but I explained that I am not Brazilian nor have a CPF or Brazilian phone number to be able to register on this app. There’s no option for foreign numbers to sign up on this thing. I asked if they could give me the names of restaurants near by that would deliver and they didn’t have any suggestion. My daughter (a child) was starving and the only option would be get in a uber to go to a restaurant but someone told me the name of a place that delivers. I ended up paying almost 250 reais for a burger and a sandwich. When I’m doing the check in, I inform the receptionist that I have 2 family members stoping by so I could give them a few presents that I bought for them. I was told that visitors were not allowed under any circumstances and I asked why not and was not given any logical explanation. So am I supposed to be giving gifts to family in the hotel lobby? Ridiculous! This hotel claims to be a 4 star but doesn’t even have a bar. At checkout, there was no one to pick up my bags because they were all at lunch so I had to carry my own heavy luggage to the reception. Then someone tells me they would help me take the luggage to my uber. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for someone to go check what I consumed in the room. Why don’t you bill my credit card so I’m not making my uber wait? I will never stay in this hotel again!

We stayed a few days and the scrambled eggs had shells every morning. We kept getting crunchy bites. Every morning. THAT needs to improve. I wish they could provide something to heat water. Nothing is available after breakfast and we couldn't even get warm water for medication or tea. Maybe one microwave for warm water in a public place? That would be thoughtful~

I dislike the property, the bed was separated, they took an hour to send someone to put the bed together, no amenities. the super tap was lose, cold water, the amenorreia were not provided at all

staff super rude, the receptionist upset me saying that they did not have my reservation, one of the worst experience, almost 2 hours to do the check in

i have been staying here since 2016. it is one of my favorite hotels in Salvador. personalized treatment, understated elegance and extremely good value. special mention to Rodrigo at the reception.

Disappointing

The room was big.

We had to wait over an hour in the line to be able to check-in. The receptionist was rude and didn’t want to accept my passport as a document because I am Brazilian. I live abroad for over 10 years. I don’t have a Brazilian ID. By the Brazilian law I only need an official document with picture to check-in in a Hotel. The breakfast was not as they portrait in the pictures. It is really bad. The pool doesn’t have a pool bar. The hotel doesn’t have room service. Its impossible to contact the reception from the room because the phone hidden in the restroom doesn’t work.

Great stay for short time.

Nice hotel with some distance from the beaches, close to salvador shopping. Uber help a lot. Spacious rooms, with high quality beds, there is iron that was helpful, good shower with hairdryer. Reception team, baggage team and maids super friendly and helpful. Gorgeous rooftop swimming pool with amazing views. Gym room at the same level if you need to pump.

Breakfast huge disappointment, very basic for the rank of the hotel and there is issue with variety, freshness and service from restaurant team. I like my coffee with my cigarette and as restaurant on the 4th or 5th floor obviously I need to take it outside, so when asking about plastic cup there was an issue with staff and I’ve meet almost anger from their part, instead of just provide it-you need to ask almost bag them, and staff coming with stupid excuse - you can’t take nothing outside etc. They should be more courteous and worry about freshness, variety and quality of the food. Not good experience at this part. Stayed at lower rank hotel with better breakfast and much attentive staff. Lift other part that need to be improved as there are 3 lift: 2 of them for guests and 1 for service, unfortunately only 1 was working and service lift has some buttons missing.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED ...

Breafast is good. Good variety of foods. Room was big with a desk to work

There was no restaurant, despite the fact that the description in Booking mentioned a restaurant, which is not the case (it's just a place for breakfast).. The hotel is not close to any restaurant. The access to the beach is not easy, therefore a taxi is needed. The pool's depth is small, 1,4 m which doesn't make it suitable for really swmming.
