Top 3 on my list of stays in Bali, vibrant little resort, beautiful rooms and friendly staff, amazing rice fields to look at from the pool, very good energy here. My 4th visit

De omgeving is schitterend, bij aankomst een welkomst drankje, mooie intree van de kamer met buiten een plek om te genieten van de omgeving, hele mooie ruime badkamer met bad. fijn zwembad en lekker eten

er werd in de buurt op dat moment gebouwd. Niet zo veel last van gehad maar je hoort het af en toe. zal nu wel klaar zijn.

Im Bad hat es ein wenig feucht gerochen, aber das lässt sich dort aufgrund von Witterung und ähnlichem wahrscheinlich schwierig verhindern!

Simply beautiful!

Staff out of this world! Restaurant, so good I ate dinner there daily. Landscape, peaceful and beautiful. Rooms spacious.

I’m 70 and didn’t that there were so many steps! I took them slowly and it worked out.

Beautiful 2 Night Stay in Sideman

Beautiful off the beaten track village that we stumbled across accidentally. Booked 2 separate rooms on top of on another which was convenient. Views of the rice fields were next level and extremely contrasting. Pool was just below us which was lovely all day round at this time of year. Nice bar near the pool for cold beer and refreshments. Great place to hire scooters as the traffic is minimal and there is so much to explore.

Initially when we realized our top floor room didn't have an Aircon we were nearly ready to leave, However the staff were super accommodating and gave us extra fans. When we spoke to others who were staying we were assured that due to location we would not require air con and there were zero Mozzies.

Nice units overlooking the paddy fields & relaxing pool area.

The location site is very nice and green and the staff welcoming. The layout of the units are planned so that everyone can have some privacy.

The bathroom window had no glass pane, so we had to close the bathroom door so that insects won't get in the bedroom. The shower area does not have a separation so the toilet area tends to remain wet after shower. The pool water had a strong chemical smell so we did not stay long. But these are very little details that can be quickly adjusted for the perfect stay.

Prachtige plek, kamer mooi, groot en schoon

De locatie was prachtig, tussen kleine rijstvelden met mount agung op de achtergrond. Op loopafstand ook wat restaurants en winkels. Kamers heel mooi, heel ruim en schoon, badkamer ook mooi en schoon. Heel comfortabele bedden en leuk terrasje voor je kamer met uitzicht. Zwembad was ook mooi en schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk, eigenlijk te vriendelijk (zie hieronder). Ontbijt en avondeten waren goed.

Klinkt heel gek, maar het personeel deed te veel zijn best, het was op het overdrevene af. Te veel Thank you en Sorry en het voelde daardoor een beetje gemaakt en ongemakkelijk. Het leek erin geramd (iedereen liep ook met oortjes) maar voelde niet echt. Enige plek op Bali waar dit zo voelde, op andere plekken voelde het helemaal niet onecht. Overigens zou ik zeker hierdoor niet laten om er te boeken, je hebt er als gast niet echt last van, ze doen gewoon hun best. Maar het is als tip bedoeld naar het hotel. Ook het boeken van vervoer ging moeizaam over de whatsapp. Waar je bij andere accommodaties gewoon meteen 1 prijs krijgt voor vervoer na 1 appje, kreeg ik hier tig vragen over de app voordat ik wist waar ik aan toe was. Ook goed om te weten: de badkamer is deels open, dat is bij de meeste accommodatie in Sidemen. Wij hadden geen ongedierte binnen, maar mijn dochters vonden het wel een beetje spannend.

Un lieu incroyable! Nous avons adoré et c'était sans doute notre plus bel hôtel en un mois de voyage. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Tout est impeccable, le staff, la chambre, le cadre, le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant. Le service de laundry est très bien et à bon prix, ainsi que le service de location de scooter. Nous avons aussi réservé des taxi et tout était très bien. Vraiment merci à tout le staff qui est juste fantastique et ultra disponible. Notre séjour ici a été magnifique!

Perfect place for re-set

The villa is surrounded by stunning rice paddies and mountains, providing breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The traditional Balinese architecture combined with modern amenities made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our pool was perfect for relaxation, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Perfect banana pancakes !:)

Magnifique hôtel au cœur des rivières avec une vue splendide sur le Mont Agung depuis la piscine! Petit déjeuner copiner vraiment excellent ! Restaurant abordable et vraiment délicieux ! Chambre super confortable et spacieuse ! Bien situé, l’hôtel propose plusieurs excursions vraiment sympa ! Et l’équipe d’une gentillesse extraordinaire, toujours le sourire, au petit soins avec vous, nous avions séjourné pendant la fête des mères et une belle surprise nous attendait ! Vraiment au top !

De locatie is prachtig! De villa was mooi en alles zag er netjes uit. Iedere dag werd onze kamer schoongemaakt. Het personeel is ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. Top verblijf!

De douche was niet altijd warm en er kwam niet altijd genoeg water uit.

wow! Amazing in all aspects

We were blown away by the setting , pool and very good restaurant ( almost Michelin rated !) . Our room was spacious, beautifully designed and huge bathroom It had amazing views across the rice terraces from it terrace space . Staff were super helpful and we went with local guide for a walk around the rice fields and countryside that was so good we asked him to extend it by an hour when we were on the walk !

The short 3 day stay during our 6 weeks travelling around Bali as we would like to stay in Sideman at least a couple of days longer

Wat een mooie plek!

De fantastische ligging tussen de rijstvelden en de terrasvormige opzet. Het personeel is zo bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wij hadden 2 verschillende soorten kamers geboekt. Als het flink regent zijn de kamers die beneden liggen vochtig omdat de deuren/kozijnen niet helemaal tot aan de grond lopen maar iets erboven hangen. De luxe kamer ligt meer boven en had hier minder last van. Deze kamer heeft een heel groot balkon/terras en we hadden hier een fantastisch uitzicht.

A room with a view

Goede service, heel vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging. Fijn dat het hotel diensten aanbiedt zoals tours om de omgeving te ontdekken met een gids, massages, was service,… niets is te veel gevraagd. Het personeel spreekt ook zeer goed Engels. Het zwembad was ook zeer aangenaam en de ster van de show is echt wel de locatie en het mooie uitzicht.

We hadden een standaard kamer en schrokken wel dat de kamer open was boven het raam. Ook de badkamer is eigenlijk buiten (wat ook wel eens leuk is) en de deur ernaartoe kon ook niet 100% dicht. Aangezien er wel wat ongedierte bij de streek hoort kunnen die binnen langs die weg. Er was wel een muskieten net voorzien en we hebben niet veel ongedierte gezien dus het was geen probleem, alleen zijn we dit niet gewoon.

Er zit niet standaard airconditioning in je kamer! Dus goed naar kijken als je boekt. De stenen langs het zwembad werden wel enorm heet ! De onderkant van onze voeten hebben het geweten 🙈 Als je bang bent voor een gek beestje of insectje op de kamer, voorzie je je best met wat weerstand.

美しい棚田の中にあり、若いが礼儀正しい感じの良いスタッフ、インドネシア料理と欧風料理から選べる食事、プール、庭などどれも最高でした。またオプションの棚田を歩くハイキングツアーは、地元の方が案内してくれます。途中、道なき森の中を歩き、川を渡り、美しい棚田を歩き、最高の時間でした。

初日の夜は暑かったので、部屋にエアコンがないのは辛かったです。二日目以降の夜は涼しかったので、エアコンなしでも快適に過ごせました。

Our most wonderful stay in 3 weeks Bali

This was by far the best accommodation we had in Bali. Sideman is a wonderful area and to our opinion, way better compared to Ubud. We had a room with own pool which was great to relax. But the thing that made our stay a 10 were the details for attention by the staff. They were all very friendly and made sure all our questions were answered with a smile. The rooms were cleaned very well on a daily basis and the whole resort including the rice field look very very nice. The food from the restaurant could be ordered from the room and was very tasty every time. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back any time.
