Pleasant enough

A nice apartment albeit I was probably expecting a little more given the 5* rating and price. The apartment was pleasant enough albeit the bedrooms were downstairs which was unusual. The smart TV apps did not really work which, whilst not a massive issue, was not really expected given the cost. The pool facilities were excellent, as was the location (2 min walk from the sea, 20 min walk / €10 taxi to the shops / restaurants ). I did note that the bigger 3 / 4 bed apartments had a much better sea view, but I am sure this was reflected in the cost. So overall, a pleasant stay and I would recommend again. We were a family of four in a two bedroom apartment for three nights.

The host appreciated our privacy. We were let alone to enjoy our holiday, but whenever contacted an immediate reply was given. The location and the accommodation is tiptop.

Besides everything being tiptop, I would recommend installing mosquito nets to the slide doors/windows.

Our host, Sonje, was exceptional in every way. We loved the walk along the ocean promenade into the old Town.

No towel racks in bathrooms and no ledge in shower for toiletries. That's all! Everything else was fantastic!

location with view to Primosten and size of the appartment

too much light comming to rooms as exterior lights works whole night and there is no shades. Access to sea is rocky and do not expect a beach or real place where to lie by the sea. Parking on hilly property is complicated.. Property looks good but has a lot of demage on it (entrence door been banging, AC were not able to turned off by control etc)

We had a fantastic time at Golden Rays. On Arrival we were upgraded to a Penthouse with fantastic views - great. The pool is awesome. Golden Rays is situated very well near Primosten, we could walk along the sea to get there. We would come again.

The infinity pool was a nice touch, clean modern apartments. Bar does great cocktails, breakfast was plentiful . And staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay again when In Primosten

The situation is perfect, quiet rocky beaches with crystal clear waters to dive into & a stunning 1 mile walk walk along the ocean front into the wonderful old town. A wide range of shops, bars, restaurants to chose from. The apartment is HUGE & had a sauna & plunge pool to boot.

There weren’t any sockets in the kitchen for a kettle, toaster & perc...we used an extension lead but it wasn’t very safe, especially with boiling water. The views to the sea came only from the bedrooms & corner of the living space, the patios only look onto the back of another building - but you don’t have to go far to get the view!

Excellent location, beautiful seaview (with a daily sunset view...you just can't get enough of them), very generous bedroom size, the air conditioning, very comfortable beds, the large terrace, the overall architectural design of the apartment and the whole resort, the infinity pool, the bar at the pool, cleanliness, the staff, parking...exceeding any accomodation near and far.

We ran out of toilet paper and it was not refilled automaticaly. I was missing a shelve in the shower, one has to put the shower gel on the floor. Insufficient storage possibilities in the bathroom. I would expect at least a bottle of water and a some fruit (if not a welcome drink) in the apartment at the arrival.

Nice apartments close to the the beach

Very clean and well managed. We communicated with the service department via sms - very effective. Kitchen was fully equipped even oil, salt, pepper, washing machine tabs etc. Our apartment was 3 min away from a nice stony beach. Primosten is a 30 min walk away or 5 min by car.

Swimming pool could be heated, it was not more than 18 degrees and no one really went into the water. Also the beds were not really very comfortable. But apart from that, great location.
