Pleasant stay

Clean and tidy rooms with all the essentials you need. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for two nights then extended and stayed in the double room. Close to the main area of Tortolì and parking available. I would say it’s 3 stars - but more of a hostel vibe. Owner was very kind and staff, but I feel the place needs a few improvements given the stars and cost per night.

- The walls where extremely thin. We could hear everything from the stairwell and the neighbours. - In the double room downstairs the rooms are through the main breakfast area then through another door. You can hear the cleaners and breakfast people in the morning, was very loud. Not very considerate of those guests sleeping. We also had our wall which you could hear a neighbour ( not related to the hotel) who had two little dogs who made chirpy barks all night and in the morning. We did not get a good sleep. We did reach out to the hotel owner who was lovely, these things you can’t control. - Wifi did not work during our entire stay. Luckily had e sims. - Towels had a strange smell. Suggest using some better detergent.

Great stay

Breakfast was served outside on a terrace, it was very nice and relaxing. Includes fresh fruit and freshly baked croissants! The staff was very accommodating and we thank them for having us! The room was big, very nice and comfy.

We missed a rack for our suitcase, otherwise we really didn't miss anything.

Perfect!

Everything. The host, Fiorella, was very friendly and supportive. She helped us with everything we needed. The common area of the apartment and the room are decorated nicely. Everything was clean and in order. The breakfast, especially the homemade jams, was amazing. Fiorella runs her business perfectly and I highly recommend this place.

Incredible value for money

Our room was nicely furnished, spotless, cozy, really silent and comfortable - not to mention brand new. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs in terms of breakfast, check-in and check-out times, and she is super kind and polite. Breakfast had more food than we could possibly eat too - yogurt and milk, cereal, bread, homemade jam, cookies, pastries, juice, coffee and tea, and even ham and cheese! There is easy parking on site, so this is a perfect location if you are coming with your own car. The only thing we'd add would be a few more hangers for towels in the bathroom, but they are super easy to arrange.

Neat cozy well located b&b

It's located in a quiet place but with all amenities within walking distance. Breakfast is nice and sufficient, including homemade cake of the owner. The owner provided good advice for the things to do in the area, places to eat etc. Convenient parking lot.

Perfect and relaxed stay to discover the Ogliastra

La Tortorella offered quiet rooms, but was in good walking distance to the little lively town and the restaurants of Tortolí. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was very relaxed. Parking was perfect. WiFi was great, breakfast also very good. Nice neighbours, especially the old lady who surprised us with some olives (we boroughed her bottle opener). Close to the beaches and the attractions of the region (St. Maria Navarrese, Baunei, Cala Goloritzé).
