Fabulous apartment, in a great location, clean and tidy very comfortable absolutely wonderful. Bruno our host was so kind and helpful. An all round great experience and we hope to return again very soon.

We couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation to visit Split!

The room is in a perfect location, walkable to restaurants, shops. and seafront. The room is very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Bruno is an exceptional host!

Extraodinaty location and very nice room in the center of the old town

Location was fantastic and Bruno was always available, responsive and extremely helpful.

Downstairs in the entrance which is a common area was not very nice and when the trash can was full in the lobby area it did not smell good in the area. But once you entered to the Bruno’s area of the property everything was immaculate. I would certainly stay there again

- Location - in the heart of the old town. Close to bars restaurants, the sea front, shops, bus and taxi connections -Room- clean, spacious, had air con and heating available, kettle/hair dryer, and fabulous views of the square below Host Bruno was friendly, helpful, and recommended a tour operator for day trips, restaurants, and things to do. Perfect space to explore split and its surroundings.

3 flights of stairs to the apartment room. This was not an issue for us but could be if someone has mobility issues. Also previous reviews mentioned the noisy square. If you close window and shutters this isn't problem.

Exceptional

Located with a view of Diocletian's Palace, this newly restored property has the original stone walls from when it was built in the 4th century A.D.! Everything in the room was tastefully done, while incorporating modern touches such as the espresso machine in the bedroom, a towel warmer in the bathroom and a bag of beach towels in the closet. Our host gave us some useful tips, such as restaurants with great food and a view, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Top spot in Split

Super location with a great view of the main square. Nicely appointed room. Very comfy bed. Friendly and helpful host Bruno, who shared lots of local information. Quiet air conditioning.

Unfortunately we could not get any channels working on the television. The bath towels were small compared to bath sheets

A comfortable room perfectly located, truly in the heart of Split!

A lovely and very comfortable room perfectly located to explore Split - on the central plaza (but very little noise), only a few minutes walk to Diocletian's palace and Riva. Split was also a great base for us to explore some of the islands and Krka National Park. Bruno is friendly with plenty of recommendations, helped with my bag at the time of check in and went above and beyond by setting up a Wise account to allow us to transfer the payment instead of having to withdraw cash - thank you!

First thing...the location is amazing right in the old town piazza. Great room with soundproofing windows that block all the noise from the Piazza bellow. Can't give the host (Bruno) enough praise.... fantastic guy who gives all his attention and care towards his visitors 11/10 for Bruno!!

Fanastic stay in historic Split.

We liked absolutely everything about this place: it’s location (couldn’t be better), the attention to details (ample hooks, coffee and tea making ability, umbrellas among others), it’s comfort (bed, bathroom). Friendly Bruno met us and helped us with our bags upon check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again if our future travels bring us back to Split. Five stars!!!

The Perfect Place to stay in Split!

Absolutely PERFECT location, in the heart of Split and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are super nice and the owner, Bruno, has thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable. He is always available to help with recommendations, transfer or anything you may need. We will most definitely stay at Lucija and Luka when we return to Split. Thank you for everything, Bruno. Fantastic!!!

Fantastic stay, great host and location for those wanting to explore!

Great location, fantastic host who was extremely helpful with recommendations and organised our transfers upon request. Lovely touches such as a beach bag/beach towels/wine/robes all at the property. Loved being in the midst of Split, less than 5 mins from the seafront/Palace or restaurants galore.

Although minimal you could hear some noise during the night and morning as the bars set up.

Excellent!

Our stay here was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortably beds and location wise very central. (Like literally in the center of the old town) And we had a nice view on the square of the old town when you opened the windows! (ps. Do ask this when you book a room because not all rooms have this view) Special thanks to our host (Bianko) he was very kind and helpful! All and all it was very nice experience to stay here. Would we book here again if we ever go to Split? Yes for sure!

While the room is wonderful, the highlight is definitely the view!

It’s a gorgeous little room with an incredible view of the square. It’s an experience of its own. The host welcomed us with yummy local amenities and the room is stocked with tea and coffee.

As the description says, there’s no elevator so if you have a ton of luggage, just be prepared for a few stairs—nothing major.

Great room on Town Plaza

Great location in center of old town, view of Iron Gate of Diocletian Palace. On the town plaza, Narodni Trg. Andrija was friendly and informative, gave lots of information on sights to see and restaurants. Double pane windows kept room perfectly quiet.

Beautiful room in perfect location! The facilities were top quality, we had a room overlooking the main square, absolutely stunning. We were well looked after by Bianko, who provided loads of information and kept in touch throughout. Amazing holiday accommodation!

The staff was exceptional. He met us at our car and walked us into the old town area to the hotel, then gave us a full walking tour after. The room was SO charming. Beautiful old stonework and windows, but all completely restored and in fantastic shape. Beautiful quality room. Heated wood floors, large bathroom and bed area. steps from main piazza, but quiet. great windows.

The Location is excellent, everything is in walking distance. The room itself had some lovely Little touches like a bottle of local wine and cookies on arrival as well as under floor heating, bath robes and slippers provided and excellent overview of close by attractions given to us on arrival. The Host left his mobile number with us and was available to answer any questions we had which was great! He was super friendly! I would return and recommend this stay to anyone!
