Was ok

Comfort and close to airport

Took 45min to get checked in even though I checked in 8 hours earlier when I received a text from them. They put the blame on booking.com? When I went to the bar they could only accept cash because the system was down.

Rude Reception Staff

Close to airport

Check in staff. Asked for early check in, was advised it was approved. Booking.com booked two rooms in my name for same day, only needed one room. Tried explaining to elderly overweight reception lady with dark hair. She charged me for two rooms and was totally rude in her remarks. Needs to learn to listen.

The window in the room was the other room window too People in the other room were so nosing, and very loud out side of the room and it was 10-11 at night for them too be too loud

Friendly and helpful when checking in

Friday night a group carrying on banging on doors ( not ours ) my partner was very scared and had a sleepless night. We couldn’t Evan go down to car to get a drink till they went quite incase something happened. I’m sure this was dealt with

Small modern room which is as an ideal airport lay over location

Newly refurbished room which felt clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable, great shower and the complimentary drinks were a bonus !

Shower curtain didn’t fit the shower so the bathroom kept getting pretty flooded.

Pleasantly suprised

Staff were very friendly & helpful . Rooms were modern , clean and comfortable . We had food that was delivered to our room in a timely manner and was quite tasty Overall ...good value for money 🙂

Didn't have a window that could be opened We also didn't realise it was upstairs ( I had a foot injury which proved difficult)

Perfect budget overnighter, would stay again.

Close to the city, off street parking behind the hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and good value for money. On site bistro and cafe next door.

The location of hotel is a big plus, closed to the Airport and so many other convenience stores

Room is not spacious as I expected The main door is not fit so it's not soundproofing

Good enough 🙂

Loads of food options nearby. Free parking. Hot shower. Quiet despite the busy street. Bottle shop downstairs. I was in Adelaide to go to the Thebarton theatre which was close by.

The room was small and a bit hard to move around in. The tv is right above the door, very high up. I'm not a huge fan of shower curtains, they feel unclean to me.

basic and clean, reasonably good value for money

price. plenty of parking.

a king suite was booked. we had a king bed but no space. nowhere to sit in my room to eat. had to eat in bed with food on my lap. a little fold out table to sit on the bed when eating in the room would be great. also the in room ordering system was not working.

the advertised picture was far from how the room actually looks like.

the receptionist was approachable

probably the worst hotel room I’ve ever had. wall -> massive chip paint broken blinds -> it will go all the way down bed was uncomfortable as it was moving. need to secure the bed castors cabinet’s handle was broken

Staff were great room was good for what I needed thank you so much. Great for a 1950 built pub

The shower took a long time to warm up but it was nice after that. Lovely for a 1950 built hotel. Room stuff air-conditioning wasn't the best

Advertised as "studio queen" but more like "prison cell double"

Staff were nice

Room advertised as 20m2, room less than 12m2 + ~3.5m2.bathroom. TV positioned very high up on a wall, unwatchable. 2 powerpoints in the room, one of them for the fridge if you choose to use it. Only one light switch in room, no lamps. Reception not staffed, need to wonder into the pokies to find help, which, for a problem gambler could be very harmful. Smoking area directly outside of foyer. Need to walk past the pokies' toilet window to get from the foyer to the carpark, and it smells exactly as you'd imagine.

You get what you pay for and it was very cheap.

Rooms not great, but good value for the very cheap price. Bistro good food, reasonable prices. . Staff extremely helpful. Late bar available.

Cracked window in bedroom. Decoration poor. Housekeeping hit and miss. Bed made some days and not others. A lot of noise from other rooms.
