Exceptional

The hotel is gorgeous, very clean, and nice, the staff was fantastic, very polite, and ready to help make our stay more pleasant. It was a delight to walk thru the hotel and chill around. I'd love to visit this place again!

Incredible Property in the Heart of the Historic Town. Everything was lovely including the staff!

The entire property was dreamy. Like walking into a storybook and never wanting to leave. The room we had was very spacious with a lovely atrium area. One of my favorite parts was the water machine in our room. Hands down a game changer for a hotel, especially in Mexico. You could get purified cold and hot water from it! All the pools were stunning as well as the outdoor areas. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Must stay at the Hacienda. The food and the Tequila bar are musts visits. Spa was also nice to have a massage every afternoon!

Breakfast was okay, honestly a little small for the price we paid for the room, they should have given us an option for fruit, bread/pastry, and yogurt. Having to pick just 1 was a little ridiculous. Coffee and Juice should both be given as well. Another option would be nice to preselect breakfast in the evening before and have it delivered to the room at a specified time in the morning. All small changes they could make for a more wonderful stay. The pool service was also a little odd. You had to get out of your sun bed, walk to the lobby, place your order and they would call the kitchen. You would have a drink in 30+ minutes. I've stayed at places that have better service or give you walkie talkies. Easy to fix!

Probably the most tranquil hotel in all of Mexico.

Friendly staff. Hotel owner drove me to the local airport on the day of departure.

I gained 5 pounds in the four days I was here.

Superb

Gorgeous facilities, beautiful rooms with unique decoration. Everything was dreamy. So relaxing.

No espresso in the restaurants. There were bugs in the shower during our stay and I get that Alamos is in the middle of nature but for the price I’d expect the bathroom to be bug free.
