Easy to find, my 3rd stay.
Pleasant reception staff showed us to our rooms.
Rooms are in the small side but adequate for a night or two.
Straight out onto harbour.
Quiet through the night.
Reception was closed when we arrived but a nice shop owner next door rang for us & a kitchen team member turned uo in 5 minutes, all good.
5.0
staff, location and.Breakfast
No one to greet us on arrival, the shower was too small, I had to open the door and soap before I rinsed

The staff were very friendly and helped with any queries immediately

I liked the location of the area, the AC, some of the persons from the restaurant and the fact that they had iron.
1. Room 11 was really ugly. Besides the weird air from the room, the half-wall yellow and white painted reminded me of college and I didn't felt being on holiday at all. As well it had a table in a place that was impossible to use it.
2. The shower was really really... but really small. They had to put a special door in order to facilitate the entrance into the shower. You couldn't wipe with the tower after showering within it.
3. I hate that all the staff besides only one person didn't speak English. I've been there 6 years ago and still the same stuff. It's an international language... Maybe I should stop coming here and it would resolve everything.
4. I had to leave a bit earlier on my last day. At 7.20 AM there wasn't anybody in the reception/restaurant. I have left the key in the room and message the property via booking. I got a reply half-day later that sounded like: "If you knew you were supposed to leave the next morning early, you should have come one evening earlier and paid the tourist tax fee". What tourist tax fee? My booking said clearly that: "All fees and taxes are covered within the price that I have paid". I would have paid 2-5 E or how much would have been that, but tell me that I have to pay an extra tax when I am checking in and I know that I have to do it. Otherwise to complain later on that I haven't paid an extra fee just because you only know that you have to pay...
5. Power supply... If you provide a hair drier, please provide a way to use it within the bathroom. The only power supplies were in the room behind the nightstands and the length of the hair drier was a maximum 1m extended. Should I stay bent to get my hair dried? Does that sound like a please holiday? Yeah... I supposed so...
I came here 6 years ago and things were a bit better. Indeed, I have paid almost 260 CHF / 2nights without breakfast. but I have some decent expectations as I have been in many many countries...

The flexibility and politeness of the staff
In this covid times no breakfast, some furniture in the room are broken

Good location near the harbor. Frejus, St-Raphael and St-Tropez are within reach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Everything was just fine - very friendly family run hotel, location is very central and easy to get to/from but quiet at night, there is air conditioning, of course the rooms/bathrooms (as you read in many reviews) are tiny, BUT there is everything you need in them, even a small fridge!
One little thing would make it just very perfect: a kettle in the room... :-)
No complaints!
