Very good hotel in quite area of the city, friendly staff. LARGE room, with small balcony overlooking a park and stream. Air conditioning was included and a must at 25+ outside. Bed very comfortable. Not too far (15 minutes) walk to centre. Onsite safe parking for all residents. Amazing swimming pool on site (inside the hotel)
Restaurant wa not expensive but food quality was not very good, even for Poland. However, there was only 3 people in the restaurant, so a quiet night

It was ok. Would I return. No..
Chose this hotel as it boasted it had spa facilities. When I went to use them, nothing was available.. rooms are a bit dated , had to request clean towels. When asking reception about arranging a taxi, they were very reluctant to order one for us. Explained we did not speak Polish, got the feeling we were not welcome

amazing pool. bigger and better than expected

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and professional. The apartment was very clean. In fact, at one point I spilled a little bit of shower water on the ground and cleaned it up with a white towel and the towel did not have any visible dirt on it. The room was also quite big (basically a bedroom and a guest room). Staff was very thoughtful, gave me instructions on how to find my room and cracked a few lighthearted jokes. The apartment was already ready an hour before the scheduled time.
The apartment felt... cheap. A very dated look straight from the 2000s (wavy / curvy ornaments on desks, retrofuturistic lamps, small eastern-european-style carpets). The door to the shower didn't close fully, I needed to exert way more force than expected to even get them to seal. It was very difficult to do from the inside of the shower cabin. The shower head could only be mounted with at a static vertical angle, so a pretty strong stream of water was aimed straight at my face at all times. Luckily, it was possible to change the horizontal angle so the shower head would just aim next to where I was standing. That, however, doesn't feel like a nice, warm shower.
Even though the apartment was big, it didn't really utilize that space well. There was a lot of empty space and two, separate, tiny balconies. The room would benefit greatly from losing the armchairs and the coffee table and inserting a medium-sized dining table in the middle with a couple chairs instead.
Watch out! I would really avoid connecting to their Wi-Fi hotspot. They have a single password for all guests. That password is publicly displayed in big, bold letters on a sheet of A4 paper attached to a stand on top of the reception desk counter.
A low-skilled red-teamer with "aircrack" software ("airmon") would be able to easily sniff the network of every single guest in the hotel without them even knowing. That network is most likely vulnerable to "fake portal" and "man-in-the-middle" attacks. Obviously nowadays website traffic is mostly encrypted, but there's still possibility of data leaks and computer-to-computer intrusion, especially knowing that most users are not very tech savyy.
I don't blame the staff for this, it's clearly the higher up's not doing their due dilligence of giving the staff appropriate training in avoiding network security mistakes. It's a very risky strategy.

location
breakfast was vg.
staff were unfriendly . we arrived late and the foyer was in darkness. there was poor lighting at breakfast
there were human hairs on the pillows in two of the 5 rooms booked .
the door handle of the bathroom in one of the rooms was broken on our arrival.
there was no water available u less requested.
the foyer had a games table but the children were not allowed to play on it.
we had hoped for rooms beside one another or at least in same floor but this could not be accommodated. the swimming pool was excellent.

I didn't like that the Sauna was unavailable.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable.
The TV did not work in my room.
There was no coffee in my room.
I went down for breakfast at 7:45am and there was no scrambled eggs left. I waited until 8:10am to if the tray would be restocked with scrambled egg. It wasn't.
The ''free'' WIFI did not work in the room, nor in any area of the hotel.
The opening hours for the gym displayed at reception, in the bedroom and in the hotel state it opens at 07:00. Yet, both the receptionist and a member of staff from the gym informed it opens at 10:00.

Location, next to the center of the town but quiet. Easily accessible by car and free parking. Restaurant with tasty food.
Pool is old and worn out. Fan from next door is quite loud and you can hear it during night.

We booked spontaneously while driving through Poland. Worked very well.
The hotel could use a serious overhaul. The facilities are somewhat outdated. Woke up at 7 in the morning from the sound of trembling water pipes in the neighbouring room.
