I love the place it’s clean and the staff is so friendly our air conditioning didn’t work so they immediately put in the

Kind staff, nice onsite restaurant, lovely pool. The rooms are a great value. I would definitely go back!!

My check-in was a bit delayed, but the staff was very apologetic about it, and it wasn't a big inconvenience.

I booked a Duplex Suite and when I turned up they just put me in a single room without telling me why, then when I asked they said none were available. There were no apologies either. bit of a scam

Passable

The pool area, really nice breakfast selection, hot shower with shampoo dispenser, super pretty decoration through all the hotel, quiet location but not too far from the center.

The staff has absolutely no idea of complaints management. I reserved a suite with double bed and found myself in a room with twin bed. Usually I don't mind details like this, but it was to celebrate our two year anniversary. When I called reception they said, it's your fault, you have booked this exact type of room (twin). So it was my job to proof them opposite (I did book double bed). They said all rooms in my booked category all full (which isn't my problem) and that they only have a suite available which will be more expensive. So they changed us to another room with double bed, which had parts of the room under construction. Which was fine to us and we unpacked. After taking a shower, in pijama already (10.30pm), we realized that there was no power in that room to charge our devices. The only solution they offered was to go back to our twin room. At that moment I really had enough. after requesting talking to the manager they finally would offer us the bigger room (we just stayed one night anyway) and moved us again. That new room was pretty beautiful and we ve got to had a good stay there in the end.
