Когда мы зашли в комнату, то в ней не закрывался балкон, долго не мог придти мастер, чтобы починить. На рецепшене сказали, что у них высокий уровень безопасности. Но когда мы оставили кошелек в отеле, во время уборки - у нас украли 100 долларовую купюру! Это были деньги друга, для посещения ресторанов и музеев. В итоге весь отдых был испорчен! Мы из-за этого в последний теплый день, не сходили на пляж и так и не покупались! Весь отдых в Турции полностью испорчен этим отелем! На рецепшене ничем не смогли помочь и предложить альтернативные услуги

Outstanding

A brilliant hotel! The location was amazing, 2 mins to the beach, 10 mins to the centre. Absolutely perfect. The food in the hotel was also really good, the menu was changing everyday, everyone and anyone will find something for themselves. The staff was also really nice and friendly. I recommend it!

The location is good but we didn't have a pleasant stay there.

There was no blanket in the room!? Winther is cold at night we had the most uncomfortable sleep. There was a kettle in the room but no tea bag or coffee or any bewreges! No soap or shampoo or any other cleaning agent in the room. Dinner quality was not to the normal Turkish standard. Construction noises under our windows from early morning.

The location is excellent. It has a good potential to improve.

This is small but very nice hotel. He stay very close to the very nice beach. Clean, nice food, nice staff

You need look and maybe repair or change matras or bad in room and sometimes light turn off maybe problem with place for card

Good food, good service, if we will travel to turkey again, we would go back here.

The food was amazing!! It was so good. The staff was very polite and very good. The receptionists was very good and helpfull. Special thank you to Burak, made the experience better with good service.

The cleaning of the room. Didn’t clean under the beds.

A decent hotel, with excellent location. Next time I may go for breakfast only.

The location is excellent, food was pretty ok, with some variety. I stayed for only 4 nights so didn't have time to get bored

The gym is not a gym- it's hardly a workout room.. Restaurant - The staff turns down the lights as soon as the time slot for the meal has come. That's rude. You need to either move to the outside area or finish in the dark. Once I was asked ( politely) to hand over my plate which was still rude.

The greatest location, tasty food! But loud noises in the morning

The greatest location! It is near all main attractions — the castle, the cave, Cleopatra beach, downtown. Very kind stuff, soooo delicious meals! Also, a good wi-fi connection in a room

Our double room was very small, but for us it it ok. But, the noises around were not ok at all. There is no soundproofing, so from 9am we had to listen all types of noise, that includes loud talks by cleaners in the near rooms, some noise from a street, some kind of construction noise, etc.. And, our “garden view” it is just a view on the wall 😃 but we had came not for the view :)

THis hotel combined with inclusive food is good value for the money

Our 8th visit and still good value regarding all inclusive

Sadly they have had a management change with 99% of front of house/waiting/bar staff have left. The old management had a caring frequent guest policy. Not with this new management. All about money. Even though advertised we have never had a room with a double bed. Previously they would oblige and if asked push two beds together. Not the new team. We were greeted with a NO not possible. So we did it ourselves. Sadly had good times there but will never return again.

Horrendous and aggressive staff

The waiting staff, and the bedroom.

The reception staff, extremely rude. The security woman, awful!! Manager awful and doesn't not want to help, and we came back one day and there was a random person in our bedroom.

Decent hotel with good location in Alanya

The hotel didn’t disappoint. We found its location very convenient, with the beach being in a few minutes’ walk, very close to the hustle and bustle of Alanya but on a quiet street. Nearby there’s the cable car up the castle hill. The rooms are light and clean, the furniture is white and the curtains are a mixture of blue and silver-ish which in my opinion looks very pretty. The view from our room on the 5th floor was great, to the mountains and side sea view. It was on the hotel restaurant side but it wasn’t too noisy. The food choice and quality was great. All the staff we met were really nice. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to a friend or family.

The rooms are a bit on the small side. There’s only one lift so sometimes we had to wait a bit.

Extraordinary

It was brilliant, no more than five minutes from the beach. The reception staff were outstanding, the restaurant staff funny and cool and the hotel had guest support which was a gift, brilliant. For English (and Russian) speakers the people who worked there multi lingual, they were fantastic, it was a joy to be there and meet them. And they organised transfer to Antalya airport for me, just ask if you need help (for anything based on my experience) and they will be there for you. Go there, don't go anywhere else David Landamore

The staff was wonderful and there was a shuttle to and from the beach.

Our room was in the back of the hotel next to a busy and noisy road and not there is not enough room for all customers to be able to enjoy the pool.

Not the best for quiet holiday

Parking spot at the entrance of the hotel. The staff at the restaurant is very welcoming and nice.

Tiny room for two positioned like double, but it is probably for one. The water tasted strange, therefore the taste of all drinks in all inclusive bar and tea/coffee feels weird comparing to regular "canned" taste. The "private beach" is very far, the earliest transfer starts from 11:45 which is too late and very hot. The nearest beach offers the same, apart from free bar, but may be a bit crowded in the afternoon. No other real points of going that far. Noisy guests behaved vulgar in public areas, listened to music via speakers so we didn't use the pool area. The staff cleaned round the pool area during the breakfast which is next to the pool and it was not nice to smell chemicals during the meal.

They first gave us a small dingy dirty room they changed it after our request for a sea vie room and it was bigger , they didnt clean unless you ask they to, Its a 3 stars hotel not 4 stars. They should work on their customer service bil boy cleanliness
