The hotel is in a perfect location in Jaffa - close to the beach and the market and lots of restaurants. The room was fantastic - double shower, comfy bed and a balcony - couldn't ask for more!
I woke up earlier than I would have liked because my room had a balcony on the street and you could hear people outside.

The location was perfect for us.
The room was nice and large, and felt very clean.
The staff was very helpful!
The air conditioning controller didn't work, and the air stream was straight on our face at night...
We had change our sleeping direction to avoid the cold air.
Breakfast wasn't that good.

Oh my goood.... We loved everything in this hotel.
Starting from the beggining, we could check in a bit ealier then was allowed. We got free room upgrate, so our room was really big and nice with big balcony! Overall it was our anniversary, so we got wine and chocolate from the hotel <3
The breakast was amazing!!! The best in Israel during our 10 days trip.
During the whole day (and night) coffee, drinks (juice, water etc) and snacks avalable in the kitchen for free - everything was delicious.
Stuff were super friendly and always helpful. Location is also very good just in the middle of the old town.
10 min the the sea for surset.
I would definitlly stay there again if going to Tel Aviv!!

Staff were very helpful, breakfast and all day drinks/snacks very good. Location is great. Everything is accessible for wheelchairs.
On one day, no towels were left in the room; on one occasion when the staff were washing the floor outside our room, we explained that it was very slippery for my husband who uses crutches. They were not very gracious.

Jerson at breakfast is super client friendly, always with a smile. You have to keep him! Great variety of food as well.

Butique hotel in great location - old Jaffa

The location is fantastic. Jaffa is a lovely area and the hotel was close to the market and the sea. the beds were very comfortable and our room had a balcony which was so lovely to have. V good breakfast but dining area was a bit down market. The staff were really lovely and helpful.
For the cost, the hotel is rather shabby and could do with a good spruce up and some new furnishings- the sofa in our room was a bit tired. The reception area makes the hotel look like a hostel and isn’t inviting. it needs some live and attention.

Awesome location, awesome staff. They have a 24/7 complimentary supply of coffee, juices, snacks etc at the reception. The room was BIG. I usually choose a double room just to have a large room and bed (useful if you kick around in your sleep).
The only one BIG negative - there really wasn't anyplace to keep your laptop and send off a mail etc. No DESK whatsover. No onsite reastauarant other than for brekker but lots of restaurants, wine 'n chees places just around the corner. The Jaffa flea market is also next door and offers even more eating options
NOTHING!
A little writing desk would have been great.

Breakfast was more than expected. I have food intolerances, and though I still could find many dishes I could eat. Warm food, cold food, various fruits and vegetables, not like the usual continental breakfast. My husband missed some kind of meat for breakfast, but as he could find other deliciuous stuff, he was also satisfied.

The breakfasts were outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

clean, nice staff.
vegetarian breakfast was nice.
Extremely noisy because the windows are not very soundproof.
You could hear everything from outside: the garbage trucks, the usual traffic with horns, people passing by and making noise.
Also inside the hotel you could year in early morning the slamming doors and noise from the lobby.

excellent staff, friendly, professional and helpful. nice rooms and good location close to the Shuk and beach in Jaffa. very clean and as quiet as anything can be in a busy city. I really enjoy the patio where you can sit with a coffee (available all day) from the breakfast room. Nothing is cheap in Tel Aviv Jaffa, but I consider this good value for money by those standards.
nothing- it’s all lovely!
