Good enough!

The bed was big and comfortable.

TV wasn’t working as expected. Some items are wearing down.

They go the extra mile and provide superb service.

They went the extra mile. Picked us up at the airport and even though we had to leave at 5:45 they made us breakfast. Everyone was so lovely.

Never ever stay here

This hotel is very dated which wouldn’t be a horrible thing. Except the staff kicked us out at 10am without letting us know when checkout was(we had called to ask) threatened to charge us an extra $20 USD if we were a minute late. Tried to stick us with a 700,000 UGX bill for my dog which was approved (she scratched a staff member) - a totally falsified medical bill then almost a week later called to say the USD currency we gave as payment wouldn’t be accepted at their bank. But they don’t let you pay by card. And charge a huge exchange rate on the total is you pay local currency. The manager is now harassing me telling me to come back to Uganda t pick the USD bills and pay again by bank transfer.

Horrible staff. Awful food.

No value of money. The place didn't provide the advertised facilities where I had to get out of the room to access WIFI and also the TV had scrambled . I had paid for the value because of the sin of clicking the acceptance of conditions of service which was not meted upon located the room

Exceptional

I liked Location, clean of facilities, staff support facilities available as Gym, sauna and steam.

The internet never work during the two days I was in the Hotel even I was in the second floor.

No credit card machine wieking if it is nit fixed i'll nit stay tgere again. I have stayed many times and this happens to often fir a US businness man to do business.

If you need to be near the bus terminal, Mt Zion is comfortable and convenient.

Because we were taking a bus from the nearby Kampala Coach Bus Station, the location was ideal. The bed was soft but comfortable. Although it needs some updating, the room is very large, the appointments good, and the bathroom works. The food in the restaurant is excellent: great buffet during the week of local foods and the menu on the weekend is international. Staff, especially housekeeping, is fantastic.

Noisy, with music playing all night. AC had to be repaired, but it was done quickly and correctly. I would prefer a step-in shower to climbing into a tub for a shower, but the water worked fine.
