Great location and great accommodation!!

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff and really comfy room - we were so happy there!! And such a bargain too - so much more affordable than another options in that area for really good quality accommodation. Highly recommend 😊

Location not in George Sq but down a dingy side street off Ingram St. Entrance is in a dingy opening to a small hall where lift takes to first floor. Reception area is like entering a pub. This hotel should be renamed a hostel

A fine place with all the basics

The room has all the basics, a comfy bed and everything is clean.

The windows are designed not to open and the A/C did not work, so the room got hot and stuffy.

Pigeonhole room without daylight but good location and friendly staff

The room was clean. The location is good and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was OK, with a good selection of cooked items, fruits, sweets, etc., and also enough vegetarian options.

The room was rather small and the window was looking into a close wall, quite claustrophobic. The whole hotel is more like a pigeonhole than meant for humans.

Well located stay in central Glasgow

This room was in a fantastic location that was quiet. We were able to park our car nearby at a reduced fee. It was a bonus having a couch in our room, with a lovely view over Glasgow’s rooftops.

Awful Wi-Fi

After changing about 2 rooms I finally got given the room I wanted. The staff was really helpful. The room was clean.

Wifi is absolutely crap. I don't understand what the previous reviews said but it was so awful and on top of no network coverage as well.

Great location. Super quiet for being in city centre. Bed comfortable and room spacious

Carpet had alot of stains. Bathroom shower covered in pink mould and black gunk. Shower head manky. Not a hard clean so abit disappointing it was so filthy.

You leave your things in the room with the peace of mind of feeling cared for and they are the ones who STEAL YOU!! We left our things the first day, the next day they came in to do the room and, in the morning, when we picked up our things to leave, they had stolen MY NEW PERFUME IN ITS BOX!!! THE WORST OF ALL IS THEY TREATED ME AS CRAZY, A WIZARD OR A LIAR, I STILL DON'T KNOW BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINTS. -------------- Cómo es posible? Uno deja sus cosas en la habitación con la tranquilidad de sentirse cuidado y son ellos mismos los que TE ROBAN!! Dejamos nuestras cosas el primer día, al día siguiente entraron para hacer la habitación y, por la mañana, cuando recogimos nuestras cosas para irnos, me habían robado EL PERFUME NUEVO EN SU CAJA!!! LO PEOR DE TODO ES ME TRATARON DE LOCA, MAGA O MENTIROSA, AÚN NO LO SÉ PORQUE NO RESPONDIERON MÁS A LAS QUEJAS.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay have used this Ibis before and will do so again.

Very central and easy to get anywhere from. In Merchant City area lots of restaurants around. Great choice at breakfast. Free Tea coffee available all the time.

Some rooms have rather small windows overlooking the back area.

Kept awake at night by creaking floorboards from above. Bed and pillows were very hard. Toilet continually flushed for about 20 mins after pressing it. Shower pressure was very low.

A quick city break in Glasgow

Hotel is located in central Glasgow, close to major attractions. The room was very clean and modern and the staff were friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier without an extra charge.

Fair place to stay central

The staff were great and very helpful, the bed was comfortable enough.

The initial room had a noisy air con, so I had to move rooms, which they did for me without question. But the room windows looked into an internal light well. The Wifi worked great on my laptop, but was almost non-existent on my phone for some reason.
