I love the staff, everyone is helpful and kind.
This is great location, close to the center and many restaurants, coffee shops and historic locations.
This place is immaculate, this is my 3rd tome staying here.
Highly recommend 👌

The location was centric and very quiet, there were good restaurants and coffeeshops in the neighbourhood. Drinking water was provided as well as free coffee and tea in the morning. We particularly enjoyed the view onto the volcano from our room and terrace as well as the garden.
nothing.

It's well located and clean. It really is worth it.
Too much humidity and pillows were really terrible.

Location is good. Restaurant opposite offers a really good breakfast (hotel doesn’t have food facility)
Noisy (we were given a ground floor room) , you can hear people walk past all the time and hear everyone talking as they enter/exit the hotel and their rooms. Reception staff were not polite and looked bored. We were not even shown to our room - they just handed us the keys and told us to go to the room. The rooms don’t have AC or a fan and they smell damp and mildewy. We had to ask for extra toilet paper. The shower curtain was an outdated detail.

The gardens in the hotel are absolutely beautiful with a large meyer lemon tree and plenty of seating. Our room was gorgeous with an intricate brick ceiling and comfortable beds. It rained most of the time we were in Antigua, so we spent quite a bit of time in the hotel and we were so happy we chose Naif. There was a nice seating area near the garden where we could eat dinner outside of our room (while staying dry) and the staff was wonderful. We left several things in the room and we contacted the hotel weeks later and they coordinated shipping the items to us in the US. I never would have expected such amazing service, they really went above and beyond.
Nothing.

Naif Boutique Hotel is an excellent hotel, with a wonderful location (6a avenida poniente), and if you enjoy walking, you are equally apart (but near) all the main locations in Antigua. Great breakfast service in the restaurant just in front of the hotel, and you need to check it (Hector's Bistro) for food and evening entertainment, with a wonderful staff. Super helpful staff and managers, great stay.
Rooms get very hot even with open windows. Might me a consequence of recent weather everywhere (we were in Naif from 3 to 10, June) and we had to sleep with the big fan they provide, on full speed), also check the toilet buttons, which need a slight adjustment because in some occasions the tank really fills up. Nothing complicated. And reading the reviews, after being there, I can tell you the Bad and Fair reviews are crap.

The staff was friendly. Richard was very helpful and was easy to communicate to because he speaks English. The coffee and sweet bread were very good and the facility was alway clean. I would definitely stay again.
Nothing.

Beautiful hotel, good space in the room and great location. Right in front one of my favourite restaurants in town. Staff were pleasant and they can provide parking and take you there with a shuttle.
Their booking.com messaging isn't set up right. I got a 'thank you for your visit' email before even checking in! And they were slow at responding to questions sent through booking.com

Good location, friendly friendly staff.
Dusty smell (coming from clothes, bed cover, cushions), stains on the walls, not much natural light in the room.

the location
the room was kinda hot, I understand that’s because of the season. But adding a fan would be great :)

The staff is very helpful. The rooms are away from the street and very quiet for a hotel in Antigua.

Beds were very comfortable. Decor was tasteful and reminiscent of the area. Breakfast at Hector’s was great!
Parking is not on-site and requires a shuttle service to and from.

I had a room facing the walk way to the lobby. I thought I would have at least exposure to the outside courtyard. It is furnished nicely.
location of my room and exposure to sound, I heard people setting up early outside my room. I also wanted to check in an hour early and I was allowed to wait but realized I really didn’t have to wait as the room was ready. Only 2 rooms have a direct view of the volcano, and you can’t really sit up there outside someone else’s room. My outdoor sitting area was dark and dungeony. No breakfast included.

there wasn't a blow dryer in rooms, no ceiling fan or air conditioning

The staff was very helpful, the location is excellent, the rooms where very clean, the views from that building were amazing. I left my hat and they were able to find it and hold it for me until my next visit.
My only complaint was that the water in the shower was clogged up. The water would just stay there and not drain quickly. Other than that everything was excellent!

Great location large rooms and beds. Gym is a few doors away, Rainbow Cafe is across the street as is El Deposito an excellent bar eaterie. You can pretty much have a night out within 100m of the hotel front door, La Sala and Rieleys are just up the street too.
