El apartamento en sí nos gustó mucho, pero lo que más fue el balcón y lo limpio y nuevo que estaba el apartamento.

Le faltaba una tabla para cortar, a lo mejor alguna fuente para la ensalada, y, el sofa es muy bonito pero incomodo.

Prima verblijf voor een strandvakantie en een mooie uitvalsbasis voor tochtjes in de omgeving.

De kracht van deze locatie is de ligging. Je loopt de Calle Lanzarote (50m) uit en bent meteen op de boulevard en het strand. Het strand van Las Palmas is zeer gunstig gelegen (uit de wind).

De appartementen zijn functioneel. Aangepaste verlichting zou het appartement gezelliger maken. De ontvangst gaat per app met een toegangscode. Dit is wat onpersoonlijk. Dit maakte ook dat we er niet van op de hoogte waren dat in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage tegen gereduceerd tarief geparkeerd kan worden en een continue uitrijkaart beschikbaar is. Hier maakte een behulpzame en vriendelijke medewerker van de parkeergarage ons op attent.

Great apartment at great location in need of maintenance and better customer support

Location is great and seems to be rather safe. It's near restaurants, supermarket, bars, etc. And of course the beach. There are 3 new TVs in the two bedrooms and the living room. Beds are a bit small but comfortable. Living room furniture is very good. Airco's work well.

Turning on the airco would make a very loud pump turn on roughly every 2 minutes for about 2 seconds. This went on for the whole night making it difficult to sleep. I tried contacting their office via their WhatsApp Business account and by calling them but texts were responded one day after and calls were not answered at all. The solution was to sleep without air conditioners. Kitchen and toilets are not bad, but have seen better days. Part of the kitchen furniture was falling (lower planks). Shower leaked water to the bathroom. Shower head wouldn't stay in place. Lots of small things that need to be fixed by a handyman.

Great value for an excellent location.

Location. Literally 31 seconds to the beach. Also, my initial impressions were excellent from the lobby to the distribution of the keys to the bottle of wine on the table.

A clock would have been nice. The bedroom A/C still does not work (as noted in a previous review). The floor was sticky until my wife cleaned it and the spare pillow in the bedroom closet was covered in makeup from a previous tenant.

could have been better

the air con was turned off at the fuse box as it was very noisy, in the bedroom, and not functioning properly. So this, along with building works that began around 7.30am, across the street meant not a lot of sleep. we reported this at the office downstairs and asked for a change of room or the air con to be fixed. but we heard nothing back.

Lovely apartment and amazing location but needs a little bit of cleaning.

Modern Apartment seen better days

The apartment is centrally located very close to Las Canteras Beach, with many Bars and Restaurants at the Sea Front. fancy modern entrance Hall. it has generously sized rooms with modern kitchen with big modern fridge and stove. small balcony with partial sea view. TV in both rooms with Smart TV.

Bathroom was dirty with lots of cockroaches in the shower and on the floor. found mold in the corners of the shower and an all in all used and unclean condition in this room. The rest of the apartment had also seen better days, furniture with scars and dots. Safe was off use. Furniture smelled like mold inside. Leather Couch with cuts. Balcony too slim to enjoy sitting there. Apartment was quite dark and you can get spotted by all neighbors from the opposite building. Heavy noise from construction work in front of the building didn’t make the stay enjoyable.

Everthing was very central good for restaurants Supermarkets and buses information Centre within 100yds...apartment was lovely and Clean with a good shower and plenty of towels would recommend it

Only things were no kettle so had to heat water in saucepan and instructions for equipment would be useful oh more coat hangers would be a bonus too...a bit of bathroom cleaning bleach etc would be nice

Most enjoyable stay.

Convenient location for both beach, shops and restaurants. Public transport close by which allows visiting other parts of the city cheaply. .

The view wasn't good, windows were all overlooked.

The rooms are well located close to the beach. Check-in was contactless with good instructions.

I was not comfortable with the room and had a broken window. Staff was helpful to find an agreement.

Everything was very good. Apartment and location. Only one thing lets the place down no place to store luggage after checkout. The hall way is so large and could store some luggage lockers. Limited on last day because we had to carry luggage with us. Wine on arrival was a nice touch

Superb

The location is perfect, few steps from the beach. The apartment is very comfortable and very well equiped, everything you need for cooking and very handy washing and drying machine. The area is very quiet and the room gets very dark, ideal for good rest.

The check out is very early and because there is no reception you can't leave your luggage, so that can be a problem if you have a late flight. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Exceptional

We arrived in the middle of the night, and the owner arranged still the key collection for us. The apartment is right next to the most popular beach. In few meters there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Really the center of the city, but still not busy too much. Wifi was good for working. We actually prolonged our stay.

The toalet was not very clean when we arrived. The rest of the flat was perfectly clean though!
