About this apartment rental
Centrally located on beautiful 7 mile beach in Negril Jamaica, within walking distance to local restaurants, grocery store, duty free shopping, music/events, taxi service and tour accommodations. Negril Beach Club Condos offer 24/7 security, property restaurant/bar, paved parking lot, gym, pool, jacuzzi, garden and sea views, shops and beautiful beach. Unit F23 is a 497 square foot studio apartment on the second floor, recently updated with fresh paint, new flat screen smart tv, blue ray player, ceiling/floor fans, electric stove, refrigerator, tile floor, microwave, pots/pans etc, coffee maker, new air conditioner. The unit is kept clean, furnished with two double beds, local art, dresser/desk and large patio area. Jean Gaynair and her staff who manage this unit will meet your expectations by providing cleaning services, laundry, and a wealth of knowledge to make your stay comfortable.

this is my 2nd time staying at this property but my first with Jerome. the location is excellent and combines both a local feel with tourist needs. I stayed for a month and have zero complaints. the property staff were polite and attentive. housekeeping coordinated with my beach time and helped out when we needed her.
the apartment itself is perfect for a couple or small family. we were able to cook and make coffee everyday. we'd enjoy the patio during the storms and we had our choice of the beach or pool at our convenience. I had to work a few days while I was in town and the wifi in the apartment was perfect for zoom meetings, online grant submissions, and regular email check-ins.
I visit Negril several times a year. I hope to be a regular guest.

Myself and a couple of friends stayed here early June. The location was just what we needed; close by everything, right on the beach with food and live music walking distance. The unit was nice & clean. Check in/check out was a little hazy as I didn’t get a response back with instructions. Our flight left at 8am The ‘comforters’ on the beds are more like sheets so don’t expect much. The only issue we had was the shower had a loud running leak the first night but that was fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the unit and will definitely return!

The condo was not so clean as the floors were very dirty. Housekeeper said it was due to early checkin. However I stayed in an adjacent condo for two months and this one was not occupied for several days prior to my checkin because I could see the unit from the stairwell. Everything else was up to standards.

The property was nice and clean. The bathroom could use some upgrades. We booked for four people but only had two towels in the room when we checked in.

We very much enjoyed our second visit to Jamaica and stay at your condo. The upgrades that you continue to do are great and appreciated.

As usual our stay at NBBC was like coming home! Many long time travel friends congregate on this property yearly which makes it our favourite for return travel. The property is improving yearly and we are very pleased!
Our unit was wonderful! Peaceful location, private balcony and all the amenities of home.
Our initial dealings with the property management was a bit confusing. We were directed to 3 different individuals to straighten out a balcony door issue. Each with less welcoming news than the next. Very unfortunate.
It would be useful to have a name, number and location of only ONE individual to contact in case of difficulties perhaps located in an arrival log or binder with clear instruction. This would eliminate any of the miscommunication that we experienced by talking to different people who ALL claimed to work for Jerome. This binder could contain lined paper where individual guests could scribble down pieces of info or observations for future guests. Just a though!
When entering the lobby I would specify going to the far desk closest to the inner door on your right of the lobby. The others will not be able to help you. Although they may try which often just leads to frustration.
Keep in mind that contact with the owner may take a few days especially if he is in Jamaica simply because of the poor, if any, internet coverage. This may include any answers you have of him that go through T. This is not her fault! It is just Jamaica and one reason why we love it here!!
Jerome actually came by for a visit and we were thrilled! Lovely young man with great plans for his investment!
If wifi is necessary take note that it is not a constant perk here. It wavers in and out throughout the day. T, our go to girl, gave us a list of connections with passwords for the area. We have left that list in the bedside drawer for future use. This info could also be put into the above mentioned arrival binder.
All in all we loved our time here and hope to be repeat yearly guests.

Home Away from Home

Negril Beach Club studio apartment, F23
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The Beach Club has a great beach (it is right on 7-mile beach in Negril). The apartment is well appointed (island colors, comfortable beds, new fridge and stove, nice features like stained glass in one window. The balcony/terrace is large with a view of the garden, and is partially enclosed for privacy--which is important given its location near an outdoor stairway. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans--great for cooking. Would stay there again!

The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach. The apartment was clean and functional. We loved the sitting area on the balcony porch.
The staff at the complex was very helpful. We had an issue with the door which was quickly corrected.

The suite was very clean, updated and we loved the location
The suite was just what we are looking for in terms of price and location. Security is very good so we felt safe at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful. Being retired we aren't "late night" people and we found it quiet and relaxing in the evenings. We are hoping to have the opportunity to return next year.

Wonderful Christmas in my favorite place in an awesome unit
I’ve been coming to negril several times a year for the last 6 years often staying st NBCC, typically renting through property manager directly.
We spent the first 3 nights of our two week holiday vacation here and couldn’t have been more pleased!
I stumbled upon this unit using VRBO and booked this way this time.
I am rather fussy about the units I request when booking through the manager. I was overly pleased with my unit, it’s private location on the property, the cleanliness, the decor and the ample kitchen supplies!
Perfect unit!!!!
The owner was a pleasure to deal with, was willing to offer some things to do/see, but Negril is my second home and my security deposit refunded immediately.
I can’t wait to come back and this time book directly with him again!
