Cómodo y buena ubicación

La ubicación en pleno portal , el lugar se vé lujoso y es un precio razonable , el plus fué que tenía una pequeña ventana en la habitación, ventilador y secadora

Not what we expected.

Well located at Concordia main square of Cholula. Great views when you come out from hotel.

Parking service is Awful. Amenity kit was incomplete even I paid total price for two guests. Communication and coordination between staff is bad enough.

Good for the price, nice breakfast options and location

- Very well located to discover Cholula. - Friendly and helpful staff. - General amenities were good for the price paid. - The breakfast included in the payment was actually ok for the price - it included a juice, a main dish, and coffee. And for hotel guests there was a very good discounted price for the buffet. - Although it didn't have air conditioner, it had a nice fan in the ceiling.

- The only window available in the room was rather small and facing a wall. - The faucet in the bathroom was weird because the water was somehow facing too close to the edge of the sink and I'd wet my clothes sometimes even when I tried to be careful.

Todo perfecto

Todo perfecto . La habitacion limpia. Tv plana. Agua caliente . Nos ayudó con el tema de bus para regreso . Muy encantado . Volvería sin ninguna duda

Bueno hasta cierto punto, no lo volvería a elegir

Buena ubicación, tienes la facilidad de acudir al parque donde hay varias ventas de artesanos y comidas, el personal es bastante amable, estaba limpio. El Internet era funcional hasta la habitación

Es un hotel pequeño las habitaciones solo cuentan con un pasillo general de acceso lo que hace que todo el ruido de otros visitantes y personal entre a la habitación y no permita descansar, es bastante molesto. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, te genera costo por hora a la apertura y está a 2 cuadras del hotel, es un estacionamiento abierto al público de 8 a 8. La cama es de material inestable y genera ruido a la hora de acostarse, pararse o moverse. Además no era king como solicite en la reservacion.

Its a wonderful peaceful place to stay!!

Loved the customer service!! Very attentive and kind individuals that went out of their way to be helpful the cleaning people were wonderful as well The location is perfect!! close to all the sites to see and they have room service that's very quick!

Only thing for me was the air-conditioning I would prefer it over a ceiling fan but that could just be me and my menopause LOL!!! its a great facility very clean and comfortable im just being knit picky I WOULD 100% recommend this Hotel!!!

excellent experience. when back in Cholula this is the obvious choice

clean, modern, comfortable, outside restaurants right on the zocalo.

only con is that the room strong box was not functional.

The hotel location is absolutely wonderful. We wanted a budget hotel to stay in for one night. And most of the time we were supposed to be out for various tours. Claudia in reception was super helpful. We could do an early check in as fortunately our room was ready. This budget hotel fulfills everything that you look for. Clean room. Perfect basic facilities. For one night stay where you plan to stay out maximum of the time and want an accomodation which is just in the centre of Cholula, this can be your destination.

The facility can be maintained better.

Great location, but noisy at night

The buffet is not included in the hotel price and cost a little more than what is included. Good buffet on the plaza sidewalk, just outside the hotel.

NOISE!... from 9 pm til 11:30 pm Most likely just on weekends, but very loud bands with the column cranked up and the hotel has their main door open most of the time! Having to pay any additional $20 USD to pay for parking.

Great location, easy access to dining, kindness of staff.

The first floor can be a bit noisy with people coming in, talking loudly, hallway echo

A perfect location!

The location and the room size.

The linens and towels could use some bleaching every so often. The breakfast was a joke. They shouldn't say that it is included. We ended up paying for something decent.

Good place to stay while in Cholula.

Excellent location. Right on the Zocalo. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Not much air flow in the room. No mosquito screens on the windows.

In my opinion not worth the money, the beds where horrible, not really clean room, poor equiped

The location is central, it was ok.

The bathroom was dirty, very small shower with just a plastic curtain. Cleaning guy wanted to throw us out of the room at 10:40h already even so checkout is till 11:00

Very good

Modern and clean. Location the best.

Super noisy, you can hear neighbors watching TV and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. Room doesn’t have windows.
