Quiet but close to the action, all modern amenities in a quaint package

Very spacious apartment , modern but in keeping with the quaintness of the island. Not far from the main town and the various boat trips. Quiet but still very close to the action. The host Alexandra was most welcoming and always on hand.

The only issue is the apartment is up a steep bank and if you had mobility problems it could provide difficult especially with luggage

The room was spacious and bathroom renovated. Excellent location

It was difficult to find from the street. There is no sign and I spent some time waiting for a response from the host.

Fantastic little gem of a place to stay over, great location with a fab little sitting/balcony area ... would definitely return as the owner was lovely and very welcoming.. hard mattress - as we like !

The house was traditional and beautiful.

Even though for one night stay, the host, Alexandra, made us so comfortable and feels like home. Also, super friendly and helpful.

Great stay in Gaios

Fantastic location in center of Gaios. Apartments has views on both sides with a nice place to sit in the front. Good bed, and everything was clean overall. There's airconditioning and a fan to keep cool, a large fridge and some basic kitchen items. The host was super helpful and gave us tips and suggestions.

In the front it would have been nice to have a screen so air could get in but not bugs. Also to have some water waiting for us since the tap water was not potable.

A lovely place for a 2 night stay in Gaios

Amazing central location, very cosy, with a lovely terrace for early evening drinks. Alexandria was a wonderful host!

The air conditioning wasn’t working which made the nights slightly uncomfortable, despite the fan that was provided.

Best host and close to city center

Alexandra is the best. Super kind, fun and helpful host. It is a very traditional appartment, with a little backyard to hang out and dry clothes after a beach day. Super close to the bus stop and walking distance from all the restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and shops.

One of the days we couldn't get hot water, but it wasn't a big deal.

We had the best time at Nandia’s. The owner was extremely kind, fun and helpful. She welcomed us with a smile and a cold bottle of water was waiting. Small details that make the difference. The place was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Great location in a quiet street in the city center. Couldn’t wish for more. We travel a lot and this is definitely a place we will recommend to our friends and family!

A great comfortable studio in the centre of Gaios

Property is in a very central location with plenty of parking spaces around the area. The house was spacious, clean and fully equipped. The hostess was very helpful, kind and was respecting her customers by wearing a face mask.

There were a few cats relaxing in the back balcony. One of them slightly bit out baby (1 yo) but it wasn’t an open wound so didn’t need to go to the health centre. It could have gone wrong though. So keep an eye on them. No other issues.

Disappointing

I booked for our friends at this studio and they were very disappointed. And pics are made maybe in photoshop. Nothing looks alike. And they took all money in advance so once you get there you feel dissapointed amd robbed coz you lose money if you dont like the location and want to find another. It was a nightmare.Shame on you!
