Velux Rollo war defekt, dadurch Feeling ein bisschen klaustrophobisch, bitte reparieren

Zeer goede bedden, goede locatie. We moesten op 6u ‘s morgens vertrekken en Simona was zo lief een ontbijtpakketje voor ons te maken

Heerlijk!

Alles prima in orde! Schoon en het ontbijt in het café ernaast was heerlijk! Mijn vriendin sliep op een andere kamer. Zij had per ongeluk de code te lang ingedrukt zodat ze de kamer niet meer in kon. Midden in de nacht gebeld naar de host en het probleem was opgelost. Topservice!

Es ist Illegal einem zu zwingen, eine App zu Installieren und hat uns Stunden Ärger+Aufwand gekostet

Gatto Bianco will einem zwingen ihre App zu Installieren. Aus Sicherheitsgründen lehne ich und meine Firma das ab. Auf x SMS zu diesem Sachverhalt wurde keine Antwort gegeben immer dafür immer wieder 3(!) automatische mails zur App Installation geschickt. Das gebuchte Zimmer vor Ort, das wir dort mit und direkt neben unseren Freunden angeschaut haben, war dann plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar und wurde durch ein kleineres billigeres ersetzt. Ich will 50% des Preises zurück!

Parfait pour une nuit de transit et proche à pied du centre historique de Bari.

Petit déjeuner correct , manque plus que des œufs brouillés et ce serait parfait .

Chambre très confortable et spacieuse . Cependant l’isolation phonique de la porte palière pourrait être améliorée.

Ottimo B&B vicino alla stazione

Son rimasta assolutamente soddisfatta, quindi è una struttura che consiglio. Il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile, veloce nelle risposte e attento a soddisfare eventuali richieste. Tornerò di sicuro.

Le uniche note negative sono state voci e i rumori provenienti dalle camere vicine. Ovviamente questo dipende dal tono di voce degli ospiti. L'unico consiglio che posso dare è di comunicare agli ospiti di rispettare gli orari di silenzio.

Mi-a plăcut locația, fix în centrul orașului, camera mare, curată ,vederea din balcon,micul dejun excelent,se servește într-o locatie din apropiere. Self-check-in,deci te poți caza la orice oră , ai nevoie doar de un telefon conectat la internet, apă și cafea în cameră .Preț excelent. Noi nu am avut mașina în acea seară, asa ca ne-a fost ușor, e greu de crezut că poți parca în zona aia

In termini di posizione, è eccellente, vicini ai negozi, ristoranti,teatri...

La pulizia non era delle migliori e, nonostante l'appartamento fosse per non fumatori, appena arrivato nella struttura puzzava di sigarette ovunque.

Bari super, struttura top. Torneremo.

Buona la colazione ma non straordinaria. La posizione dell'appartamento è eccezionale e strategica a due passi da bari Vecchia, la doccia stratosferica, i letti comodi. Ci hanno fatto l'upgrade rispetto alla nostra prenotazione al medesimo prezzo. Sia il Check In che le info le abbiamo fatte online tramite apposita app ed è stato comodo. Le uniche persone che abbiamo incontrato sono il personale della prima colazione ed erano gentilissimi.

Siamo arrivati il giorno dell'Immacolata e parcheggiare è stato un'odissea. Il parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura alberghiera era chiuso ma non ci hanno avvisati. Abbiamo girato per il quartiere per circa un'ora. Le strisce blu e persino i posti riservati ai portatori di handicap erano tutti occupati. Tutti i garage erano strapieni. Solo allontanandoci di un km e mezzo siamo riusciti a trovare un garage h24 in via Dante.

Lovely breakfast with local Italian delicacies

The best part about this accomodation was the location and the breakfast which was served in beautiful little wine/cafe store around the corner and not part of the accomodation. The accomodation was part of a very old building where there was a supermarket on the ground floor and other businesses on the lower floors. When we arrived we had not been given the access code although they insisted they had sent it on whatsap they had not. I had to call the lady multiple times to understand in her broken English. I had received multiple messages on the booking app prior to arrival however they were always in Italian. The access code provided access to an entry area where there were 4 rooms joining it and we got the key eventually. The rooms were on the 3rd or 4th floor and looked more outdated than the photos. The balconies although beautiful old wrought iron were full of crumbling paint, plaster and pigeon faeces. Initially we were placed in the Superior double room although we had booked the Deluxe double room. Unfortunately we had to stay there the night because they had given it to someone else and they moved us the next day.

Convenient spot with good amenities.

Good location close to both the new and old cities. Clean room with spacious bathroom. Breakfast was really nice and very close - a pleasant way to start the day. Staff were helpful when needed.

Self check in was difficult and needs some improvement. The app used did not work.

Great location-walking distance to everything you need. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Our room did not have a window, AC was ok but not great. Suitable for a couple of nights but would get a bit claustrophobic after that.

We booked the room in the attic and it exceeded our expectations. Ceiling height was very good. Only downside is only one small window. Breakfast was excellent in restaurant across the street. Cheerful, friendly hosts. Excellent location

This is my first negative review for over 50 hotels stayed at. I have nothing good to say about the hotel

Our room was nothing like the pictures. Mould in the bathroom , poor internet reception, scratchy towels, self check-in, wait for more hot water …
