Staff was very informative and knowledgeable about the area and the chance to meet the other guests at breakfast and talk was great being able to help each other with things to do while visiting
The fact that it was raining the entire weekend was the only thing that was a problem but they had no control over that

Owner was very welcoming and offered helpful recommendations. Great breakfast and was within walking distance to downtown area. Well worth the stay.

It felt very private, and was very quiet. It was within walking distance of everything we did throughout our trip which was so perfect.
The rooms were a bit smaller than expected which was fine, but there was basically no storage for clothing in our room.

The owners were genuinely happy to serve you. I could tell how much Julie enjoyed waiting on her guests. She has a true heart of service! Breakfast was wonderful!
A comfy chair but the size of the room dictated the amount of furniture the room could hold.

location
room & bathroom too small. Heat didn’t seem to work in room, so a bit cold.

Location is excellent!! walking distance to historic bathhouse row and restaurants!! The hospitality of the owners was wonderful!! They have walking directions to their favorite restaurants and great suggestions for things to do. Made our stay so very enjoyable!! Breakfast was fabulous!!!
Our room was small but all the amenities offset that. Also, it is listed on the National Historic Registry so rooms will not be super large for this type home.

in a Historical area of City and very opulent setting. Building has quite a History and Judy was quite a superb Hostess. We loved the whole experience.

We enjoyed our stay and the location. Was our first trip to Hot Springs, AR. The B&B was located within walking distance of the downtown which we found wonderful. Judy (one of the owners) was very sweet and helpful. She provided directions and maps of the area with restaurants and directions which were spot on. The dinner and staff at the German restaurant were fabulous. The room was very nostalgic and comfortable The morning breakfast was on the dot and very, very good. We certainly enjoyed every bit. We will be returning to Hot Springs.
Nothing. We had a wonderful time.

It was absolutely beautiful
and it’s location was only about a block off Historical District. The breakfast was exceptional and so were the host couple.
Parking is very tight, so we ended up parking our SUV on the street in front of the Inn, which worked out great for us.

This was a delightful three night stay. The B and B is one of the best I have stayed in. Charming and a perfect porch. Great location and breakfasts that are outstanding.

Judy was the most professional and very friendly. She was most gracias in preparing the table and serving our breakfast. The cook, whom we didn't see/meet, made breakfast that was of high quality and variety every day. She gave us information on things to see and do and places to eat. Location was the best part as it was only three blocks to Central avenue where the restaurants and shops are located. We stayed in the Lillian room which had a balcony which we enjoyed early in the morning and in the evenings to view the garden. The house itself is old but maintained and decorated very well.
The bed was quite lumpy/uneven. Stayed 4 nights and left with an aching back. The commode is so small and short that my knees bent when sitting on it (I am a petite 4'-10"). It was worse for my husband. So I don't recommend the Lillian room if you are a large person (I don't know anything about the other rooms). The sink is in the bedroom area, not in the bathroom. I understand it's an old house and it is renovated to be a B&B but it is not meant for long stays. Oh, there's no armoire or chest o'drawers for your folded clothes and stuff. There's a closet but not enough hangers.

Our experience was great! Judy and David went out of their way to make our visit a success. The inn was spotless, the room fabulous, and the hospitality wonderful. The breakfast just topped off a great visit! Plus, we met some couples and made some new friends.
Absolutely nothing!! We were very pleased with the entire experience.

The room , while quirky and small, was well equipped and had a nice TV, AC, and fridge. Upstairs in home smells clean. Decent breakfast at 9 am in actual dining room!
2 tiny spiders in my room within minutes of walk in- one in Guest Info Binder and one on my pillow. Whole downstairs smells of pet urine.

The Gables Inn is a beautifully restored, historic home a short 5-10 minute walk from Bathhouse Row. You will not regret booking this place!! Breakfast every morning was FANTASTIC, and the Innkeeper always made sure you had everything you needed. AC works great, nice extra-big bathtub, on-site parking, accommodates vegetarian diets. Easy to work with.

Nice location to downtown!
Candles were burnt out. Hair in napkin and placemat.
