Hotel muy recomendado más allá del ruido en la calle.

La ubicación en el centro histórico es buena. Muchas opciones gastronómicas cerca. El servicio, atención y actitud del personal es muy bueno.

No es culpa del hotel pero hay que tener presente que al estar sobre la calle paralela al malecón, el ruido en la noche es bastante fuerte. El paso continuo de las chivas rumberas durante toda la noche (hasta la media noche o 1 am) puede ser molesto.

El desayuno. Ese cayeye estaba fenomenal! La atención en general fue excelente, desde el primer día hasta el último. La habitación que tomamos era súper cómoda.

Het hotel is vlak aan zee. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Onze kamer had een groot balkon dat uitkeek op zowel de zee als het plein.

Widok z tarasu, gdzie podają śniadanie jest super. Zameldowano nas wcześniej.

Trochę trudno trafić do recepcji, bo wchodzi się jakby do małego centrum handlowego, przez kręgielnię. W recepcji jest tak gorąco, że nie ma czym oddychać. Trzeba wchodzić po schodach, bo winda nie działa.

Vista insuperable!!

Lo que más me gustó es la vista que tenía la habitación, frente a la bahia, era habitación superior con vista al mar, era muy espaciosa y se veía muy limpia, el personal era muy amable

No me gustó el desayuno a la carta, ya que siento que se desperdicia comida, me gusta armar con los ingredientes que quiero y ninguno era de mi agrado al 100%, por lo que siempre hay desperdicio, el horario también era desde las 7am, seria más conveniente desde 6.30 am como otros hoteles.

Hotel bien situé, attention au bruit

Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité avec une belle vue sur la marina de Santa Marta.

Les chambres manquent de lumière. L’hotel est un peu radin sur les produits (shampoing, gel douche, etc.). Il ne faut pas etre sensible au bruit egalement (clim bruyante et bruit ambiant de la rue)

La reserva que realice y pague más por habitaciones con vista al mar y me dan con vista al Balcón y la Recepcionista muy déspota pues es lo que hay muy mal trato de su parte y eso se llama fraude Muy mal de su parte es lo que deben tener cuidado de lo que uno paga con lo que recibes

Great experience! Totally recommend !

Perfect central location! Superb room and fantastic view. What I liked the most was the service, the staff was always so kind and attentive, it is amazing to see how much effort they put to please their customers. My favorite staff was Marnolis, she was always smiling and happy to help ! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Bonita Bay for sure!

Breakfast , but I am not a breakfast person in general :-)

La ubicación y vista. La atención del personal, principalmente de recepción, muy atentos y cordiales. Todo muy limpio, impecable.

La decoración es un poco rara. Hay un bowling en el edificio. Es bien céntrico, se vive la noche de ciudad, para quien le guste, está muy bien.

Good modern place to stay

Great location, good breakfast, clean modern concept rooms...very secure, staff very friendly and helpful.

Would of been good to have an internal phone...the room art pole structures took up a lot of space especially in the suite...but still room was large.

Las chicas de recepción un amor fueron súper amables, nos llevaron el desayuno viajero por la mañana a la habitación ya que íbamos pronto al Tayrona. La ubicación es muy buena, está todo a los alrededores.

No hay aire en recepción es insoportable estar ahí.

Great hotel with spectacular views

Room was so nice with a balcony and lovely view. Good choice for breakfast along with a great view. Close to the marina with lots of restaurants to choose from and has a nice area for walking in front of the hotel. Staff helped us organise a trip to Tayrona Park also.

Lots of pushy people trying to sell stuff on the streets near the hotel, very annoying but not the fault of the hotel. Overall a nice enough area.

great local, everything we needed

we were in Santa Marta for a few days. this was centrally located with free breakfast. it was nice, clean and had good security. plenty of hot water and AC.

we splurged on a balcony and it was big and beautiful. however the winds were very strong so we didn’t get to enjoy it…not the hotels fault but be aware that this spot has high winds.

Waterfront location. Breakfast on terrace overlooking ocean. Watched Dole pineapple ship leave the port. Aircòn. Distinctive, modern building. Close to Historic Center restaurant street (small pizza place is on the left side of third block). Locked myself out of safe and room. Desk Guy was able to open both. Standard double room in the back was quiet.

Shower water was a mix of hot and cold, not alternating. The center stream was warm surrounded by cold water. It was a hot day so it didn't matter. Simply disappointing.

Clean, modern, and good location

Lovely and helpful staff, nice clean hotel, lovely room and breakfast.

No social area where you can work from other than the room. We booked a room with sea views, photos on booking.com are a little deceptive. We didn't have electricity and water on a few nights, which I found highly inconveniencing.

We LOVED Everything, the view, the breakfast all the staff except one. Watch your money....

We left not checking our money where we hid it, until we landed at our next destination. It was gone. But we have to say we did love everything about the hotel and and BEST location. We'd go back,

Exceptional

This is the 2nd time we stay. It is very central and walking distance to everything. We love how secure it is. You need a code to go in and out. The people at the desk are so incredibly helpful. The beds are clean and comfortable. You can walk yo the tourist places and where u get transportation. Definitely recommend u to stay.

We are a family of 4 and had to get 2 rooms. I wish there were family rooms or atleats with a couch where the kids could sleep.

Good Location.

Location is perfect. In the city centre and by the sea front. rooms clean and modern

Breakfast was poor! small portion of egg with a badly done arepa. no orange juice and the coffee was awful. Better go out and have proper breakfast somewhere else. I couldn’t open the window in my room which means I was dependant on the aircon.

The standard room is pretty big, the bed is comfy and the decoration is nice.

To me, the main purpose of an hotel stay is to sleep. Well, it is impossible to sleep at this hotel because of the constant NOISE. At night, the street noise, car alarms, and loud music outside is very annoying, the very loud mechanical noises of the bowling alley on the 3rd floor (one floor above where our room was) is constant and all of this until very late at night, until after midnight. There is also the unbearable and repetitive loud corridor ambiance music of the hotel that plays intil late keeping you awake and also wakes up early morning. It's a hotel but they just don't want you to sleep.... About the room itself, it's nice if you don't mind the details: a hole in the bathroom wall, fixings that are broken or about to fall, the sliding shower door that doesn't close leaving space for the water to come out....
