Prima ontbijt, lekker. Diner, wel duur.
Zachte matrassen. Erg gehorig.

Difficult to find the entrance.

Rooms value for money. A bit old but clean and rather cheap for Holland
Well… simply bad organization.
I am talking mainly about the restaurant.
Bad service, highly priced for mediocre kitchen. Small portions. Service simply disappeared yet wrongly charging our room…
DONT GO to the restaurant ! Go to Boshof just 100 m further and to bakery Joost just 200m further for breakfast. This to avoid utter disappointment.

Lovely location, very well priced compared to some similar hotels.
Room we stayed in, 104, could have done with a few bits tidying up round the edges, nothing was broken or unsafe but balcony looked very tired

Location and friendly staff.
The hotel needs a big renovation. Outdated hallways and steps and carpets etc.

Location was good and staff very attentive.
We booked three rooms for two nights through Booking.com and followed up with various chats on line to confirm three rooms for the five members of our party with arrivals times etc. Had several confirmations from hotel confirming booking for three rooms and that everything was ready for our long trip from UK to Odoorn. On arrival only two rooms were booked!!!! Staff at hotel did their best to accommodate us since they were fully booked!!!
Staff managed by putting an extra bed in one of the rooms. They did their best in a difficult situation and meals and service at the hotel was excellent.

Location is near the city Emmen and the breakfast is good and complete. The room was clean and a large balcony.
We stayed in the Family-room and there was no hot water in the evening and te morning to take a shower.
After contacting the reception, the only solution was to take a shower in a room across the street. Coast a view points. The smell in the general spacious is a bit strange, sewage smell. Overall it was ok.

Breakfast was decent, and the location was good for our needs
The pillows are the worst. I did not have a good night's rest because of the huge pillows. Just bring your own pillow.
7.0
The restaurant itself and the breakfast were great.
We stayed in a room opposite the main hotel/restaurant building. As it is an old countryside building, there’s no sound isolation. There was an awful smell coming from the sewer in the bathroom/sink.
7.5
Scrambled eggs just dry left overs for 20 minutes long
Dinner menu food is poor
