Grottenschlecht und unterste Schublade

Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe

Wie man eine solche muffige Bruchbude, auf Fotos, in einen "Palast" verwandeln kann grenzt an Kunst! Hat mit der Realität jedoch nichts zu tun. Minus 10 Punkte beim Preis Leistungsverhältnis kann man leider nicht vergeben! Hier stimmt überhaupt nichts ...

Good hotel one street up from main road with shops.

Rooms opposite the reception seemed better than the room we used a week earlier.

Room was on top floor with a low ceiling.

UNA VERGUENZA DE ALOJAMIENTO. NO RECOMENDABLE

Habitación sucia y pequeña. Una de las camas no tenía somier sino un tablón de madera y era de diferentes altura y tamaño que el de la otra cama. La taza del WC no cerraba. Bañera sin mampara ni cortinas.Las toallas eran para tirar, parecían trapos viejos. Desayuno muy escaso. El personal de recepción atendía a la vez el buffer de desayuno y además desayunaba. En resumen una vergüenza.

Assolutamente da consigliare!

hotel molto carino, pulito e curato in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Bravissima la ragazza della reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Un po’ scomodo il fatto di avere le camere dall’altra parte della strada rispetto alla reception e alla sala colazione

Awful- staff and hotel were horrible. It was a stinky and old.

The only positive thing was the location.

The reception was rude and unhelpful. The hotel was awful, very tired and badly kept. The rooms smelt horrible and were very basic. Overall not a good experience

Localization

Parking, no kettle and equipment. Better to park on the street. At least no stress and cheaper. They do not assign parking lot to the reservation, so with a larger car you can be surprised when you leave.

Superb

The young woman who was working the reception desk was charming, outgoing and a genuine delight. It makes such a huge difference when you are received at a hotel by cheerful and friendly staff members.

booked 2 singles but got 1 double. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Bathroom too small.

Parking was very convenient ,but it was more expensive that was written in the booking information ; breakfast was very good, and part of the staff was very kind to us.

That they did not give us any answer about our messages , that we sent to the hotel about questions related to our reserve.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Recommended

Location was perfect, I loved walking the short distance to the market in the morning have a coffee with the locals and watch the town come awake. The room was comfortable and cool (it was August - important) and for a nomad like me, a great place to work during the day, where I could focus. Pula is small and walkable, with a good vibe and the hotel is not far from anything, but still a quiet respite.

Great location (just 5 minutes walk to the Pula amfitheater). Breakfast was ok. Personnel was very friendly.

The airco was not working on the first night. Luckily they fixed the airco on the second day of our stay. Our room had a bath, but is was too small to use it as a bath. There was no shower curtain, so difficult to use it as a shower or otherwise the bathroom would be full of water. A little bit overpriced.

It was not what we expected and don’t receive value for money

The room was like a sauna . Air conditioning not working . It was tiny and didn’t look like the pictures on booking.com - would not recommend.
