La vue sur un mur du fait que j'étais en rdc. Du coup pas de vue sur mer ni clarté. Dommage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (bonne situation niveau Estartit, Pals, Escala).

L'appartement était propre, lumineux, de taille agréable niveau chambres et pièce de vie, situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble avec une terrasse exposée au soleil côté piscine (et non vers la rue). On a pu se garer facilement juste devant à la période où nous y sommes allés (en avril). Nous étions à pied à moins de 500 m de la plage, du parc de la Pinède et de la promenade qui remonte vers le port et la vieille ville d'Estartit (1 km à peine).

Nous sommes passés par Booking pour la réservation et nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait vérifier nos mails pour finaliser la réservation en payant une taxe locale puis compléter une fiche de renseignements avec des informations sur notre identité (ce que nous avons fait le jour même de notre départ, nous avons donc du décaler notre horaire d'arrivée). Nous devions recevoir à notre arrivée un nouveau mail nous informant du code d'accès à l'appartement pour pouvoir récupérer les clefs, sauf que nous avons eu un problème de connexion à notre messagerie (il serait plus pratique d'avoir tous ces renseignements avant). Heureusement nous avons pu joindre par téléphone la plateforme de réservation qui nous a donné les informations sans problème. Au niveau de l'appartement il n'y avait aucun signal pour regarder la TV (branchement défectueux), une légère fuite dans le WC, au niveau de la cuisine on a préféré allumer que la lumière de la haute (le plafonnier générait un bruit qui grésillait tout le temps).

The air - con machine didn't work well. It lost a lot if water and the temperature was poor for this flat.

Location was nice and quiet 🤫. Basic apartments but clean.

No towels, no pool bar even though its advertised on booking.com website. We checked out at 11 am flight not till 22.30, no where to store luggage and no toilet facilities whatsoever ever. Wants they were paid and keys were handed back, they didn't care.

Great value apartment in a great location

Staff at the main reception were very helpful, the apartment was a great size and in a great location.

Could do with a few more things in the kitchen eg a sharp knife, a cork screw

great accommodation at a great price. would stay again. would have paid more to have beds made up on arrival though.

location was great, pool fantastic, shower was incredible, like a hot waterfall. having a washing machine was perfect too. kitchen utensils, pots pans etc great quality and quantity.

I wasn’t keen that there wasn’t an oven and the pull out bed/sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. a slab of solid foam. there also wasn’t a kettle, so boiled pans of water and the toaster was melted and wouldn’t work. assume from previous use. also bad smell under the sink units in the kitchen F1, I took out what I needed and left these closed for the holiday

Barely changed since i visited in 1990

The location is great, and the staff at reception super super helpful.

A 16:00 check-in is a bit cheeky, most places get away with a 14:00 one which is already pushing it, but 16:00 is cheeky, especially considering check-out it is 11:00. The furniture, sofa, beds, curtains, bedding etc probably haven’t been updated or renewed since I stayed there in as a child in the 90's. I booked this place as a trip down memory lane, but I wasn’t expecting a time capsule, wouldn’t have been surprised if The Stone Roses weren’t across the way warming up for their seminal gig at Spike Island. I'm not sure why the kitchen and bathroom have been modernised (and very well to be fair) but not the rest. Also, for some odd reason if you wanted the remote for the air con you had to go to a separate hotel (Hotel Panorama) and pay for it, if you wanted an iron, another, the keys, another. I can only assume there was some kind of smash and grab in the post millennium tourism crash, reminded me of the breakup of the MG Rover group with one Chinese company owning the blueprints to the cars but another having all the jigs and the tooling. An experience none the less, but the guys on reception (at another hotel) 10/10, super nice, super helpful.

Tight price but very noisy

Good location, tight price and clean facilities. Wifi worked great and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils.

People staying in other apartments were very loud and we couldn't sleep at all. Second night we had to buy some earplugs so we could rest.

Big apartment across half the level of the building, balconies on both side of the building/apartment with views of the pool and the mountains, good breeze through the apartment when back and front doors/windows open during the day, close to shops, close to the beach, full kitchen and washing machine, drying rack, large fridge/freezer, a

Had to collect key from a different hotel a couple streets away, had to pay an extra €6.50 per night for air-conditioning (no fans) and the remote control/payment for this was received at a 3rd party hotel another 10 minute walk away from the keys location. The poolside bar was closed for the duration of our stay, despite no mention of this prior to arriving at the room. No iron or ironing board. No flyscreens on the windows so no airflow through the night.
