The location near to the town and easy to find
The hotel only gave 1 key instead of 2 keys like provided by other hotel. Difficult for me to enter the room at midnight. I need to wake up my family to open the door. Please give 2 keys like other hotels.

The hotel location is good because it is central to everywhere. Easy access to restaurants. Comfortable small room and good for backpackers as I was there just for sleeping at night.
The staff attitude is really unpleasant. Not friendly. Even when we bypass the receptionist, there's no greeting by them. Not even hello, how are you and so on. During check-out, no smile from the staff and the only word that came out was "itu saja!" No thank you or even smile. The hotel should educate their staff more on customer service how greeting people, smiling and being more friendly. The only staff who was smiling back at us is the makcik cleaner.
For room 342, the water drain for the shower is clogged. The hotel needs to repair. Drinking water should be in the bottle, not in the container as we are uncertain how clean the drinking water is.
A parking hotel is available behind the hotel, but in terms of safety is doubtful. The back door can be accessed by anyone and again safety is doubtful as the staff only monitor through CCTV which is not really monitored.

1. Aircond is really cold and functions well.
2. There is one lift which easy to access the top 3rd floor
3. Parking at own risk behind the hotel
4. TV was function well and has many channels
5. Staff are friendly and the old lady cleaner is really hardworking and always smile
6. Same row of the hotel has many eateries shop
1. Don't have any coffee or tea sachets provided in the room
2. Water pressure is rather low
3. Room rate is extremely high during school holidays season which sold RM150 per day just for simple twin room
4. Look cheap and low class when just provided the big bottle no branded shampoo and body wash and there is no any toothbrush and soap at the sink
5. No facial tissue papers provided in the room as well
6. Just a small and narrow twin room which charged a high rate
