Nice hotel; good breakfast; close to the old town.

Very convenient for the old town.

Reception wasn’t very welcoming when we checked in. No maps or tourist attractions in reception - had to ask for them. But to be fair, reception staff the next day were very helpful.

A very pleasant small hotel ideally located to explore the city. The staff are friendly and caring, rooms are not too large or too small.

Fijn hotel dichtbij centrum

Locatie is erg fijn; rustige buurt met statige panden. Met 10 minuten wandelen ben je in oude centrum. Ontbijt is goed, personeel vriendelijk.

Erg warm op de kamer (zo'n 25 graden). Temperatuur niet per kamer te regelen. Gelukkig kon er een raam open en kon er op die manier koele lucht naar binnen.

Good value hotel at the heart of Bucharesti.

Cozy, clean hotel at the center of Bucharesti very close to Old Town. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance. The hotel is located at University square where you can find all public transport as Metro, Bus, Trolleybus. Also airport bus line 100 also stops at university square.

Choices for breakfast can be increased.

La posizione è fantastica, personale sempre gentile e disponibile, camera pulita. Abbiamo provato la Spa venerdì pomeriggio, eravamo da sole quindi è andata molto bene, visto che non c'è molto spazio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, tornerei sicuramente!

Great location near old town and friendly, helpful staff.

Great location, close to the old town. We had a family room which was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Daniela on reception was welcoming and assisted us with a booking for the Palace of Parliament. At breakfast Ella was lovely and made the best coffee ever! It was very hot in Bucharest and the AC worked well. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Family rooms are a little dark. No shelf in the bathroom for our toiletries and the hot water took ages to come through in the shower.

שרות אדיב בקבלה, נתנו לנו חדרים צמודים כפי שביקשנו. ארוחת בוקר עשירה יחסית למלונות באירופה , מיקום נוח ומרכזי

המזגן היה מקולקל שליו טכנאי אבל לא עזר. המקום לא בעיר העתיקה אלא 10 דק הליכה יש לקחת בחשבון , חסר היה בשרותים שמפו ומרכך

La massima accoglienza della reception. Siamo arrivate di notte e siamo state accolte da Eugenio che, non solo parlava benissimo l’italiano (forse l’unica persona in tutta la Romania) ma anche la super disponibilità e la prontezza di soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Nulla da togliere allo staff diurno. Gentili, disponibili ed anche professionali. Grazie, siamo state molto bene. Ritorneremo da voi sicuramente!

La stanza era poco illuminata. Mancanza di bicchieri/tazze. Ogni volta che pulivano la stanza toglievano qualcosa. Una volta i bicchieri, un’altra volta le tazze da caffè; essendo 3 ragazze soggiornando per tre notti avevano esigenza di averne almeno uno a testa. La mattina dovevamo scendere in reception a chiedere quel che mancava e salirlo in camera.

Ottimo soggiorno di compleanno

Posizione centrale, a due passi dalle vie del centro storico, a circa 10 minuti dalle fermate del bus che ci portano dall’aeroporto al centro. Struttura bene curata, pulita, personale cordiale, per il giorno del mio compleanno ci hanno offerto delle consumazioni gratis al bar dell’hotel

Unica cosa che ci ha poco convinto è stata la modernità dell’hotel, reception moderna e ben organizzata , ma le camere sono sembrate un po’ vecchie, per il resto è stato tutto perfetto

It was really clean, the furniture new, bed was confortable and the breakfast delicious.

The key to unlock the door it's extremely big and uncomfortable to carry it although they said you can leave it at the reception.

Bad dirty and not friendly

Location near city center and metro

The staff put back dirty used glass, and did not give me new glass. I could see the marks on the used glass. They charged me for more than i actually took from the minibar. Some staff is rude and are more interested to flirt with other staff members, than helping you. The breakfast area is way to small location, you bump into people all time. Next time i would rather check in Hilton Hotel or Grand Hotel.

overall all i was happy with my stay

Location was 10 ,minutes from the center, room was clean and good, breakfast was very good.

reception staff were very friendly and very helpful in sorting out a refund as I was moved from my booked room to an inferior room

The room I had booked was unavailable and I was moved to an inferior room. The air conditioning didn't work so the room was too hot and it was not possible to leave the window open at night because of street noise. I was disturbed by noisy residents talking and playing music in the adjoining room at 4am. Builders started noisy drilling work in an adjoining room at 8am.

Superb

Excellent location. A good sized room. I slept on a sofabed but it was comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. They even prepared a packed breakfast when we had a tour and leaving early.

When compared to other four star hotels, there wasn't a choice of sweets for breakfast.
