Incredible. I love this place

We were in Cyprus for 2 weeks and spent the last 6 nights in the Elysium and the difference was night and day between the Elysium and others. The service level was exceptional. The hotel itself is amazing in terms of it’s architecture, and the whole family just didn’t want to leave. The photos and video we took doesn't even articulate how much we love this place. You just have to be there, especially when the sun starts to set, you have dinner in the evening with lovely music playing and great tasting food. Both my kids are very picky when it comes to what they eat and they loved the fresh cooked pasta with a tomato based sauced for one and a creamy white sauce for the other. I’m supposed to be eating healthier but I couldn’t resist the Margherita pizza at the buffet dinner. The swimming pools are great and when it got too hot we used the indoor pool. The wifi is great across the hotel and each of us were able to get the things we wanted out of those 6 nights. I was able to use the gym facilities which are really good, and my wife and the kids were in the pool a lot as they love swimming and made some friends at the same time. There’s always plenty of seating available around the pool and when we got hungry the pool bar serves great food. We especially enjoyed the in-room dining service. The table which came with the food was a delight. My kids felt so pampered. This is the 2nd time we been at the Elysium, both times for our wedding anniversary and we absolutely love it. We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic

Great stay - would go back 100%. Spotless, nice food and great drinks.

Breakfast is just continental with hot breakfast an added extra. Having a hot breakfast included in the price would be amazing.

Amazing hotel, great value for money

This is one of our favourite hotels in Paphos and it was even more amazing on this stay. We stayed in the royal suite and it was exceptional. It was like having a little apartment in the plushest hotel ever. We absolutely loved it.

Would love to return to Elysium hotel

great staff..great facilities..choice of food excellent…spotlessly clean

we didn’t like the tree cutting going on above our heads, but we understand this has to be done. But one of the workers jumped into the pool fully clothed, in his grubby work clothes…. not really acceptable!

amazingly good

The staff was awesome (restaurants, bellbois, reception...). the pool is really fun and there are pool chairs where u can sit at the bar. the restaurants in the hotel are amazingly good. everything is clean and nice.. the view from the hotel's bar is awesome. next time in Cyprus we plan on staying at Elysium again for sure.

cocktails at the pool and at the bar are quite expensive, with prices ranging from 10 to 14 euro for a cocktail. it felt like you have to pay quite alot in order to enjoy a few cocktails. coffe and tea at the hotels bar was also expensive.

Phenomenal! We'll be back!

My partner and I came to this hotel for our anniversary and had a superb experience. For starters the hotel restaurants, particularly O'shin and Bacco were of the highest quality. Each dish was not only delicious but also a piece of art. We were thoroughly floored. The hotel too is fully equipped with a massive pool, decked out spa and a state of the art gym. Speaking of the spa, my partner suffered from back pain during the trip and not only did the hotel consistently bring ice up for him, but the spa was of significant help to him. We both were stunned by how great the massages were. I highly recommend the massages, the experience is otherworldly and by the end we were both in a trance. The room too had a large comfortable bed and the nicest hotel bathroom I've ever seen which included a very large tub.

The only reason I am not giving this ten stars is due to some minor things in the hotel that need some improving. First of all, the complimentary breakfast is not at the level of the other food in the hotel. While the omelet station was good, the other food was mainly reheated and simply not of the same caliber as the other hotel food. Moreover, I will note that the "side-sea" view is not worth it as we could only see the "side of the sea" and were mostly looking at a parking lot, which was slightly disappointing as I misread the room as "sea-side." Lastly, I will also add that we had a strange balcony that was unlike all the others. While it was very large, it was a bit dirty and the space was totally underused and we honestly would have preferred a normal one like our neighbors.

The staff was very friendly and the resort is quite big and great location. Nice bar next to the pool and beach is right next to the hotel. There were great cocktails but the restaurants are average including the buffet and Mediterranean

It felt like there was staff shortage. We were always struggling with any service requests eg: we had to wait 10 mins after checkin before porter could come and take us to our room, I was never able to get hold of housekeeping when so many things went wrong like shower didn't work, light didn't work, hot water stopped and sink in the bathroom was blocked which was frustrating. The worst was that we ordered a drink in the bar as we had 40 mins to wait for our shuttle but we kept waiting for 25 mins and they still didn't bring our drinks which really spoiled our mood

A fine situation, potential for a relaxed, high quality stay.

Room location and size excellent. Housekeeping faultless. Breakfast very good selection well renewed. Oriental restaurant very good food but expensive. Front of house including porters accommodating, courteous. Most staff acknowledged us wherever we were in the hotel with a smile. Pool areas, grounds and sea access superb.

Some managers' service etiquette was questionable.

Very clean and well maintained property. Spa treatments and staff flexibility to change treatment choice at last minute excellent!!

Spa area needs update especially indoor pool area. Entertainment not encouraged to stay in the hotel. Ni gluten free bread on bread station for breakfast.
