Lovely resort but management needs to improve and they need yo advise guests if any changes to facilities prior to arriv

Very modern and very clean

We were not informed the thermal spa suite was closed during our stay which was the main reason for choosing this resort. Also on 2 of our 4 night stay all restaurants were closed and only snacks available at the bar. This is not what you expect from a 5 star resort.

Very good

Very comfortable bed, spacious and spotlessly clean room and balcony. We had a very relaxing stay. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent, a real credit to the hotel.

Some areas of the service let the hotel down, small details are missing to make it a truly 5 star experience.

Disappointing

The building and the environment are beautiful, great golf course.

Some of the staff was very unfriendly, verging on being rude. I was very surprised by the service, it was sub par. The staff makes it very unpleasant to stay in the facilities.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, some group members given access to rooms long before due time

Imperfections in drainage of shower in room 1019 allowed flooding of the floor during showering Could not order a coffee before 11:00 am

A lovely golfing holiday

The actual hotel facilities. The spacious, modern bedroom with wet room. (Bath and separate wet room shower) The modern hotel decor. The Spa facilities and all the outside sports facilities. (two football pitches, and two international teams staying, and making use of the Hotel training facilities. Oh, and two electric car chargers made available to the hotel guests. Brilliant!

Their 'reduced Winter' dinner menu! Not in the restaurant but in the Bar. Burger, Penne, Caesar Salad, and one other dish - I can't remember. No fish or no meat option. I thought it was pathetic for a 5-star hotel. I expected, at least, a buffet dinner to be available or a set Dinner Menu. Definitely, below my expectations.

Superb

The golf course is excellent and the club house is impressive. ALL of the staff we met were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the main restaurant was not open in the hotel.

Huge resort at the golf course. Nice option if you’re golfer playing at this and neighboring courses.

Had a really nice break away and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Very clean property, the junior suite which we had was very spacious. staff were always helpful. Good selection for breakfast.

As it was a quiet time of season the pool wasn’t open and had to walk up to restaurant for drinks.

5star? but certainly very nice!

modern and comfortable, relatively high spec. lovely surrounding views, especially the golf course on a sunny day! food in the bar area was quite good. just as well as the choice of restaurants was limited, possibly by our visit being early in the season. breakfast was excellent!

quite isolated, it was also early season and seemed quite deserted, very few guests that we saw at least. restaurants on site also seem to have limited opening times if at all which seemed very strange.
