Perfect bolt hole for relaxing break

Wonderful location, great rooms, efficient, friendly staff

Everything was perfect. Even when our TV would not work (somehow needed by elderly father who spoke no French), it was sorted out promptly (it just needed a retune). Might need to add some English language stations, although there was French, German and Dutch available I think.

Very good

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel was good.

There was no fridge to keep drinks cool and no tea or coffee making facility in the room.

Exceptional

No one told us we had to make a reservation for breakfast so our first day we were not allowed to have breakfast- it was a bit stressful as we are not from the area - other than that it was a great status!

Perfectly adequate, especially for price

Liked porch but chairs hard as a rock. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Didn’t use pool.

Could have had more light in room. Receptionist at breakfast must have been working a long time because she was quite snotty to us. We ended up not eating and ensuring we were not charged. Heat and towel warmer did not work. Turned off for season?

Deceiving- décevant for the price paid

Calm hotel And more or less clean

I asked a double room and choosed a double bed while selecting the room in booking but finally I found separated beds. the receptionist said that the messages from booking are not offer considered and selection from booking is not surely synchronized with rooms accomodations for beds requests. Bathroom is not well equiped and not practical to have a shower properly . Room in ground flour is without lift so need to carry you heavy luggage without any proposal from staff to help!

Position and close to the beach. essential shops closeby, speed limit on roads around that area 30 km and good cycling lanes. General cleanliness and upkeep of that area. good road connections for Vannes, or St Nazaire

No hair dryer or Kettle in the room. No Italian showers.

The room smelled. The staff would rather continue their conversation than serve customers. The apartment was clean but things were a bit run down

Family friendly facilities, great pool

Great pool, good sized family suites, parking on site and a few places within walking distance including a beautiful beach.

The reception staff were not overly helpful, they carried on chatting each time when a person came to the front desk. The pool was supposed to be open 8am-8pm, then we were told 10am today (Sunday) and when we came down at 10:15 the pool maintenance was still going on until well into 10:30. I told the front desk that isn’t fair since check out is 11am so the kids got to enjoy basically 10 minutes of the pool. If we are expected to be punctual then I expect the same from the facilities.

Not worth the money

Quite location close to the beach. Big parking.

Facilities are visibly worn out, the hotel could really do with a renovation. Our room balcony was completely shattered (see picture) and the forniture was dated. Definitely not what I was expecting for the price we paid.

Superb

Very pleasant place since the hotel is situated in the closed park area. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, gorgeous! Very nice food and great service. All anti-Covid19 rules implemented, many thanks!

Pity that we had no kettle in the room.
