O pequeno-almoço, não tendo sido espetacular, foi o único aspeto positivo.

Não corresponde a um hotel 3 estrelas. Tinha mosquitos por toda a parte (exemplo, elevadores, quartos). Sem ar condicionado, um calor terrível no quarto. Espaço exíguo. Higiene deficiente. Corredores escuros. Condições gerais bastante fracas. Necessita de intervenções sérias para ser um real 3 estrelas.

At jeg ikke kunne lave te/ kaffe på værelset. Ingen køleskab på værelset. Værelset er meget småt med dårlig plads.

Accueil correct et emplacement agréable Petit déjeuner copieux

L'équipement de la chambre est succint. 1 siègepour 2 1 seule prise de courant..comment brancher les téléphone, appareil photo, la prothèse auditive à charger et l'assistance respiratoire nécessaire maintenant à beaucoup de personne (apnée du sommeil). La prise a coté du lit est essentielle. Le parking gratuit à proximité, annoncé par la pub de l'hotel est payant: Cher + de 50€ pour 2,5 jours. Le seul repas pris un soir était moyen: potage tiède et viande/riz obligé de renvoyer à réchauffer.

Le réceptionniste nous a fait payé à l arrivée, d habitude c est à la fin du séjour me semble t il !

Nous avons dormi dans une chambre côté du gave or il y a un pub très bruyant qui faisait de la musique à l extérieur. Impossible de dormir malgré la fenêtre fermée. Les cloisons ne sont pas isophoniques donc chambre très bruyante . Le prix est très cher pour une chambre aussi médiocre!

Hotel basic but clean. Good value.

Staff are not very friendly. Might be partly due to language barriers and different cultures. Breakfast came to a sudden end at 9am and some of our group already in the dining room were not permitted to make tea or toast. Everything was cleared away even though guests were not finished. Guests who did not eat breakfast were charged as it was ordered for the entire group. While I feel this is ok I would query if a reduced price should be charged or even the food left for them to eat later in the day. Breakfast was cold buffet style. We stayed in a twin room and there was v little space. Decor was v basic.

Beautiful view, staff is very attentive,breakfast was truly nice, good location near attractions. Yet not too much hustle n bustle. Could have enjoyed another week.

I think one night I was the only guest in the hotel. but it was clean and tidy, but small.

Quaint Hotel very close to all landmarks, very east to navigate to as its on the banks of the river. nice hotel, ample accommodation but small even for one.

Nice stay

close to sancturaires Notre Dame of Lourdes, about 15 minutes walk. There is a restaurant nearby where Italian food downstairs and Irish pub upstairs. Clean, quiet and nice. Very basic and all you need are there.

Family business, good value otherwise they cannot survive because along the street, there are a lot of Hotels before them.

Very good

excellent location if your trip is intended to visit Lourde Sanctuary. Lots of shops nearby . There are plenty of Bus services available to and from Airport to the hotel location.

Rooms are slightly smaller than the pictures shows in the website.

There was no electric fan in the room and it was very hot.my husband and me were disgusted.i ask the one in the information and he said to me that it's all distributed in the rooms.it means that our room doesn't have one.very bad experience with a hot weather

Great Value for a stay at Lourdes.

The location is fantastic, very near to the Grotte and great for a visit to the mountains. I had booked a room with mountain view and i can only recommend it. The view from the balcony is spectacular!

The coffee at breakfast. The furniture in the room could be upgraded.

Excellent x 2 Great advantage. Availability to Rent an electric scooter ++note to the head manager or proprietor He was extremely helpful.
