We don’t generally have breakfast.
The service in the dining room as far as we were concerned wasn’t good. Our side plates weren’t cleared between courses and we couldn’t wait any longer for a dessert menu so we walked out!

A real Thalasso and Spa hotel. Rooms and facilities were great. Service and staff very nice and responsive to questions and got back with quick answers. Well situated next to St Malo. We would have loved to stay longer.
Nothing really. Rooms are a bit small, but nothing to worry about. Keep it going your way!!

Beautiful grounds, very spacious room. Amazing view from the hotel bar. So wonderful to enjoy a coffee here in the morning sitting outside or inside. Wonderful service!

Restaurant staff could have been a bit overstretched due to the football team nearby

Location
We needed to upgrade our room that resulted in higher price for a smaller room however with the see view.

Our 'partial sea view' room had a great sea view.
The room was attractive and well appointed (particularly good lighting).
The hotel location is fab, by the coastal path, above a lovely beach and within easy walking distance to Dinard's town centre. The breakfast buffet was very varied and plentiful.
Intermittently, there was a truly horrible smell in the toilet.
The air conditioning in the room did not seem to do much.
Dogs are apparently welcome in the hotel, which is not a problem in itself, but one was left unattended in a nearby room and it barked incessantly between 11pm and 12:00am, which was not fun.
The pools area is quite large but not very attractive and it gets very busy.
There was no 'proper' (ie English Breakfast!) tea available at breakfast.

The staff, especially Marc was very helpful and very communicative before and during my stay. Marv helped me w a difficult online purchase of a train ticket. Lovely breakfast and fantastic staff at breakfast lovey bar and very conscientious staff.
I was disappointed the soap was a bit old.

breakfast was high priced

the sea view is exceptional. our room was equipped with a little kitchen that makes you independent related to meals. you have the Spa and it was available at that time.
size of the swimming pools. can’t really swim only duck stuff. breakfast was intended to be high level but finally too expansive to me.

Brilliant location! Fab swimming pool. Lovely treatments. Friendly staff and they don't mind dogs.

The room and the view were lovely. While on the small side, the room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. And the view... incredible!
Our terrasse opened onto a mud field. Looked like we were on a building site. The spa is not up to standards. Very run down and disappointing. This hotel is not cheap for the area and yet the standards are not in line with the prices.

views of the sea and pool and restaurant
the first room had a view over mud and was only one room to move to which was fine but it was a case of either/or.There was no mention of this when booking.Sadly it was a case of work being undertaken but not reflected in the price.

the swimming pool and spa area is just amazing! I'll come back for that; Dinner is expensive but very tasty.
1. breakfast is not worth the price at all! very limited choices (no vegetables, no fresh orange juice, no pancake or waffle, nothing special from Bretagne, few types of basic fruits only...). I paid 20 euros and I won't take it next time for sure.
2. When i checked in, they took my credit card to reserve the cost and this credit reserve was blocked in my credit card for 30 days after check out and payment and there's no way to solve it but waiting for 30 days...
