Alles in allem stimmt "Preis zu Leistung" nicht....noch nicht hoffentlich!?!?

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ebenso der Frühstücks-Raum/das Restaurant. Wenn die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist, sicherlich auch der Empfangsbereich! Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich! Gutes Frühstück.....leider aber nur aufgebackene Brötchen.

Mein Zimmer (33) war zur sehr belebten Straße ausgerichtet...bei geschlossenen Fenstern leise...bei einem oder mehreren geöffneten Fenstern (wie bei warmen Temperaturen üblich) doch sehr laut! Das Bad hat alle Tage nach "Gulli" gerochen...was sicherlich kein Geheimnis für das (Reinigungs)Personal ist. Ebenfalls ist am Badfenster, an der unteren Leiste Schimmel...ebenso wie rechts vor dem Fenster.

Für Geschäftsreisen ideal, verkehrsgünstig gelegen.

Liebevoll renoviertes Hotel. Alles sehr gepflegt.

Lange Wege und viele Treppen im Hotel. Für ein familiengeführtes relativ unverbindlicher Umgang. Generell kein Frühstück bei der Buchung anzubieten, ist Strategie. Ergebnis ist, dass ich beim Bäcker Bethermann 800m weiter frühstücke.

Für eine Nacht ok….es dürfte jedoch etwas mehr an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden….

Tolles Frühstück,Parkplatz und nettes Personal

Überall schwarze Haare im Zimmer(sogar im Bett),Kissen zu platt,im Bad übler Geruch a.d.Abfluss und Dusche floss gar nicht ab🤢Für das Geld erwartet man wirklich etwas anderes!

It was a nice apartment but it needs to be attended to better to get a higher ratings.

It was a good location. Nice and bright. It was large, nice apartment, with potential . Free parking.

Dust, gum on the carpet, stained sheets, no soap, dead insects, not clean, no freezer, terrace not accessible, and a small shower. The apartment was advertised for three people but it was large enough to accommodate 5 easily.

We loved the hotel which has been modernised to a good standard. Really liked the rooms which were bright, airy and modern - devided into a spacious bedroom and a work station area. Great artwork on the walls. The bed was large, really comfortable mattress and lovely bedding. Bathroom was modern and spacious with a good shower. The communal areas were still being completed in the modernisation programme but this did not affect our stay. Especially loved the bier garten as it was a lovely sunny day - this attracted a lot of local people so a friendly atmosphere without a hotel feel. Great breakfast in the morning. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely visit again.

Very pleasant and would recommend to everyone.

The hotel was having the main dining area renovated during my stay, but to my surprise, I never heard any noise and the hotel was maintained in a very clean state. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel also was located near everything needed. The wifi connection was strong and fast.

Not worth the money

Location was good, parking was easy. Check in until 10 pm.

the bathroom lacked soap so I had to wash my hand with the shower gel, I ve never stayed in a hotel who didn't had soap in the bath. after traveling for 700 km I couldn't wash my hands. The 7,5 euro breakfast was a disappointment. When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait 10 minutes to be greeted even though I rang the bell.

Great, large clean accomodation.

Amazing accomodation - we booked a 2 bed apartment - we got a 3 bed with kitchen, lounge, dinning room, terrace etc. It was bigger than my home in England. It was just a shame we were only there for a very short time.

We arrived by bike and were told secure bike storage. The storage was outside, behind the kitchen in public view. This may be ok for locals on bikes but people on a touring holiday with more expensive bikes want actual secure bike storage. The chef even joked about stealing the bikes which didn't ease my already worried mind!

Some little mishaps but overall a nice experience.

I liked the beergarden! We had a great dinner there. Also, parking was available in front of the hotel which is nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Love the wallpaper by the way!

Staff was quite akward and some a bit unfriendly. The housekeeping walked into our room when we were still there and checked in, which wasn’t pleasant. The bathroom could use some maintenance.

Ok for a short stay

nice freshly painted rooms and hallway

The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially in the corners and the shower head. There is no lift. so have to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs.

Bad

The receptionist wasn't there at 5 pm, the front door was closed. It was an interphone, a lady answered and hang up imediately. It was a horrible experience.
