Great Stay

The Hotel is located directly at the beach. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty, great variety of fruits and vegetables. The Personal was very friendly and helpful. Dog-friendly. Great Pool and Spa. Parking available.

The room are pretty small and some they need renovations. The air conditioner was not really working in one of our rooms.

Great hotel in an amazing location with lovely facilities and staff.

Great location and good facilities - the outside pool was huge! Breakfast was great had a good choice and the food in the restaurant lovely albeit a bit pricy! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not many staff spoke English and there were no English translations anywhere. Luckily I speak a little French and we had to use Google translate to understand information. The spa brochure was only in French so we struggled to choose things- again Google translate came to our rescue! We booked a twin room and had it confirmed in writing in February only to turn up to a double room. My daughter and I had to share the bed! We were offered a twin room on the second night but the view was not as good and we had already unpacked so chose to stay where we were.

Basic room with hard pillows and a very worn mattress. Noisy rooms, you can hear two doors down peeing!

we were disappointed - felt is deserved 3 and not 4 stars for the hotel aspect

the location

There was so much noise from neighboring room on night 1. Staff were unable to change my room and it was the same on night 2 so no resolution of the problem. Presence of lots of dust in my room leading to a dust allergy. outdoor pool not heated. Staff in thalasso not very friendly. Bed and bath linen poor quality. Check out process very slow.

Staff were really friendly and helpful

not value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed in on our French road trip. Toilet in our small room did not work but the manager could not have helped more.

Very outdated

Friendly staff

The hotel is very outdated, everything looks old and broken. Our door from our room didn't close properly (only when hitting it). The whole hotel had an outdated old fashioned feel in a bad way. I felt like we were going back in time 60 years without any proper renovations.

The hotel was clean, the staff professional, the beds comfortable and the 80’s vibe was charming, however the price was

old school, clean, nice location. The staff was great.

A lovely spa hotel, perfect for a winter visit

The rooms are spacious and light with large, comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms with big fluffy towels. Free use of the spa pool, sauna etc is a lovely bonus. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

Almost nothing. Car parking can be a little tricky for us as we are driving a van.

Very comfortable hotel in a perfect location

The room was huge, clean and light and the beds were beautifully firm. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Well worth having the spa for winter breaks.

The beds had plastic under sheets - never good for me and particularly poor in a room that cost over €250 per night. Avoid the restaurant! At all costs!!

Super location beautiful view on the sea front rooms

Get up at dawn or miss breakfast, no bar, all shut passed 9pm. The staff seemed overwhelmed with 2 customers at reception, very strange.

The spa and pools were lovely

Most of our view was blocked by the trees, although we had booked a room with the sea view. Very noisy during the night, the doors, the lift and so on..

A low-season gem of a place to stay.

The room and bathroom were comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious and well-equipped. We overlooked the outdoor swimming pool and could even see the sea! The staff are particularly charming and helpful and remembered us from last year. Although the car park is not huge, we were able to part our large vehicles (but would not attempt this at any other time of the year apart from low season). The spa/indoor pool facilities that are included in the price of the room make this hotel exceptional value during the quietest times of year.
