Hôtel à éviter

L'emplacement, proche du centre ville.

La chambre était vieillotte, sans climatisation avec 31 degrés en extérieur. Le ménage de la chambre était moyen. Petit déjeuner à éviter et en plus, ce n'est pas un self service.

Un pb de climatisation le 1er jour réglé efficacement par le manager le lendemain matin, merci pour la réactivité et l'efficacité. Un très bon séjour à Rome grâce à eux, merci

Super moment ! Calme et apaisant.

Super emplacement ! Vous êtes à même pas 10 mn de la plage en descendant la pente . Le personnels est top, que ce soit à l’accueil « Paolo » ou bien lors du petit dej !

Le parquet fait beaucoup de bruits quand vous marchez , le soir c’est dérangeant. Les draps pas à mon goût. J’aurais aussi préférer que la terrasse soit un peu plus entretenue et nettoyer. Les pots de fleurs déborder d’eau et le sol etait pas très propre. Améliorer un peu le coin jardin principal, pour que les clients puissent en profiter .

I had a lovely two night stay at this hotel and I would definitely return and stay here again.

The man on reception when I checked in that afternoon, was very friendly and welcoming, and you just felt at home, when I checked out of this hotel, the man gave me a beautiful gift from the hotel. It was most kind and most appreciated.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for breakfast good . Everything about this hotel is beautiful.

slightly old school and random decor but great location and parking

no plastic mattress protectors- good crisp bed and towel linen, parking, proximity to old town, bars & restaurants, decent cubical shower

not allowed to serve yourself at the buffet breakfast a little too much religious references for my liking

You must ascending a couple of hundred meters, what can be challenging for those with heart or moving problems.

It a beautiful old building. Breakfast was nice.

The beds are uncomfortable and it’s a portable aircon which felt like I was on a plane the whole night. But I understand due to the age of the building it’s the only solution.

Breakfast is good car park available at the house free of charge (was my main reason to book this)

there was an aircon in the room, however, it was more a noise machine then a cool machine. incredibele hot in the room. matraze soso and a bit run down. for all the above a bit overpriced

good location and very nicely kept ground floor and lobby. friendly and helpful staff

all upper floors are in terrible condition. not renovated for ages. you can see dirt and flith all over the place.

Staff very good. Rooms clean every day A beautiful old villa much underused as bed and breakfast
